A base member(23) and a cover member(24) are installed at the suction extension pipe(17). An air inlet(23a) and an air exhaust pipe(24a) are installed respectively at the base member(23) and the cover member(24) to communicate each other. A cylindrical cyclone body(21) forms a chamber by coupling with the base member(23) and the cover member(24). The chamber is partitioned in an inner and an outer, a plurality of fine hole(22a) is formed at a grille portion(22). A noise preventing unit is provided to at least one of the air inlet(23a) or the air exhaust pipe(24a).
