이를 참조하면, 31단계에서는 전용 인증 프로그램의 실행을 행한다. 상기 전용 프로그램은 본 발명의 실시에 따른 실시간 소프트웨어 사용인증 시스템 서버로 접속하여 전송 받을 수 있으며, 그 외 기타 CD롬 등 저장매체를 이용하여 입력 받을 수 있다. 32단계에서는 상기 전용 프로그램의 실행을 통해 실시간 소프트웨어 사용인증 시스템 서버로 접속하고, 그 상태에서 회원 가입 및 로그인 을 행한다. 상기 가입 및 로그인 은 상기 전용 프로그램 외에 기타 범용 브라우저 프로그램의 구동을 통해 행할 수도 있다. 33, 34단계에서는 사용자의 다운로드 요청을 판단하여 요청에 의해 소프트웨어 패키지를 전송하며, 그 외 기타 CD롬 등 저장매체를 이용하여 입력 받을 수 있다. 35단계에서는 사용자의 단말에서 상기 전송 받은 소프트웨어 패키지를 설치하여 소프트웨어 실행을 준비한다. 상기 설치된 소프트웨어는 서버에서의 인증코드 및 실행파일의 일부를 수신하지 않은 상태에서의 실행이 요청 되면 서버에서 인증을 받아야 함을 표시하는 주의표시를 디스플레이 하고 32단계의 로그인 창으로 이동한다. 36단계에서 사용자의 단말에서 소프트웨어 실행에 따른 37단계의 인증요청이 발생하면 38단계에서 사용자의 요청 정보를 서버로 전송한다. 39단계에서 서버는 사용자의 요청정보를 바탕으로 인증코드 및 암호화된 실행파일의 일부를 전송하고 사용자의 단말은 수신되어지는 데이터를 포함하여 40단계의 소프트웨어 실행이 이루어진다. 상기 40단계에서 사용자의 단말에서 소프트웨어 실행이 확인 되면 인증 전용 프로그램에서 사용시작 기록을 서버로 전송하고 41단계에서 소프트웨어 사용정보를 기록 한다. 사용자의 단말에서 사용자의 요청에 의한 42단계의 소프트웨어의 실행종료 또는 인증 전용 프로그램에서 로그아웃이 요청되면 그 내용을 서버로 전송하고 소프트웨어 실시간 인증 시스템의 종료가 이루어 진다. 로그아웃이나 소프트웨어의 실행종료 후에도 최초 인증 요청에 따라 전송 받은 인증코드에 기록된 사용시간까지 소프트웨어의 사용이 가능하다. 실 예로 모뎀으로 인터넷에 접속하여 인증 전용 프로그램을 통해 승인코드와 실행 파일의 일부를 전송 받고 사용자의 정보가 서버로 전송되면 인증시간 기준으로 24시간 이용이 가능하다. 상기 전송 받은 실행파일에는 승인시간 기준 24시간까지의 사용을 승인하는 기능을 포함한다.Referring to this, in step 31, a dedicated authentication program is executed.
