Description

클리닝 섹터를 가진 로터리형 열교환기{have a cleaning sector the rotary type heat exchanger}Have a cleaning sector the rotary type heat exchanger}

The present invention relates to a large air conditioner applied to large buildings such as buildings and factories, and more particularly, to a rotary heat exchanger having a cleaning sector having a function of heat-exchanging air introduced into the aircraft and filtering function. It is about.

Generally, a large air conditioner installed in a large building such as a building or a factory is largely composed of a suction unit 1, a primary heat exchange unit 2, a secondary heat exchange unit 3, and a discharge unit 4, as shown in FIG. 1. Are distinguished.

In particular, a rotary heat exchanger 5 in which rotation is controlled by a motor (not shown) is provided inside the casing 2a of the primary heat exchange unit 2. This rotary heat exchanger (5) discharges a part of the cabin air to the outside by its own rotational force, and serves to suck the outside air as much as the discharged air amount into the cabin.

2 is a block diagram of a conventional rotary heat exchanger.

According to the drawings, the conventional rotary heat exchanger (5) is formed in a circular disk shape by combining a unit body 50 having a fan shape in a circular shape. At this time, each of the unit 50 has a flow path 51 in the thickness direction.

In addition, a partition wall 6 is formed in the inner / outer radial direction of the rotary heat exchanger 5 to distinguish the entry / exit of air, and the rotary heat exchanger is located at one side based on the partition wall 6. External air flows into the cabin through half of (5), and the other half of the rotary heat exchanger 5 is repeatedly discharged to the outside through the other half of the partition 6.

At this time, the air inside the cabin contains pollutants such as dust and carbon dioxide due to people's breathing, so it must be periodically ventilated. The rotary heat exchanger is as fresh as the released indoor air instead of discharging a part of the contaminated indoor air to the outside. By sucking outdoor air, it plays a role of purifying air.

In addition, it also serves to heat exchange the air introduced into the room at a low temperature.

However, since the rotary heat exchanger is a rotating body, it is difficult to completely separate the inlet air and the outlet air. As a result, some of the effluent air is re-introduced into the cabin, causing the increase of indoor pollution.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the rotary heat exchanger having a cleaning sector that can increase the freshness of the indoor air by purifying the air flowing back to the inside of the exhaust air to enter the room The purpose is to provide.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 두께방향으로 다수의 유로가 형성된 부채꼴 형상의 단위체를 원형으로 배열하여 전체적으로 원형을 이루고 있는 회전 가능한 로터리형 열교환기에 있어서,In the present invention for achieving the above object is a rotatable rotary type heat exchanger in which the fan-shaped unit formed with a plurality of flow paths in the thickness direction to form a circular shape as a whole;

A cleaning sector is provided at a boundary between the suction zone and the discharge zone of the rotary heat exchanger so that a part of the discharged air is purified and introduced into the suction zone.

In addition, the cleaning sector is characterized in that it is composed of a blocking plate to block a part of the exhaust air on the outer surface of the rotary heat exchanger to be introduced into the inside.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

3 is a block diagram of a rotary heat exchanger according to the present invention.

According to the drawings, the rotary heat exchanger 10 of the present invention is formed in a circular shape by arranging the fan-shaped unit bodies 11 in which a plurality of flow paths 12 are formed in the thickness direction in a circular shape.

In this case, a cleaning sector 20 is provided at a boundary between the suction area and the discharge area of the rotary heat exchanger 10 to allow a part of the discharged air to flow back to the suction area, thereby purifying the air in this process. .

In one embodiment of the cleaning sector 20 in order to allow the exhaust air to flow back to the suction region, a blocking plate for blocking the flow path 12 on the outer surface of the rotary heat exchanger 10 is provided.

4 is a state diagram of use of the rotary heat exchanger according to the present invention.

According to the drawing, when the blocking plate is installed as one embodiment of the cleaning sector 20, a part of the air discharged to the outside is blocked by the blocking plate and flows back into the cabin. → Outlet → Through the barrier plate, it is introduced into the cabin again through the inlet, and in this process, foreign substances contained in the air are purged by being adsorbed on the flow path surface.

At this time, the cleaning sector 20 is possible only when the outside pressure is greater than the exhaust pressure. In particular, when the difference between the outside pressure and the exhaust pressure is 0 to 200 Pa, the operation of the cleaning sector 20 is impossible. When the pressure difference is 200 to 500 Pa, a standard cleaning sector 2 × 5 is required, and the pressure difference is 500 to 800 Pa. In this case, about 2 × 2.5 cleaning sectors are required.

When the pressure difference is 800 Pa or more, since the exhaust air is not introduced into the cabin, the cleaning sector is not necessary.

Therefore, when the cleaning sector 20 is to be provided, it is preferable that the difference between the outside air pressure and the exhaust pressure be maintained between 200 Pa and 800 Pa.

The present invention as described above can limit the cross-contamination of the air flow to the exhaust air volume volume ratio of 0.04% or less. The existing rotary heat exchanger is designed to allow air pollutants in the exhaust to pass through, and to exchange heat with water vapor, which reduces the efficiency of the air as much as unpleasant pollutants are recycled, and can often cause odors. This results in an environment that is detrimental to health. Therefore, the cleaning sector has an effect of maintaining a pleasant environment in the room by preventing the cross-contamination between the exhaust and the air supply flow to limit the inflow of pollutants of the air flowing into the room as well as to remove unpleasant odors.
