본 발명은 매니폴드내의 합성수지 공급용 탕도가 밸브핀 가이드 부쉬 외곽에 설치된 플라스틱 제품 사출성형용 핫런너 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 밸브핀의 일정 높이에 가스나 수지의 역류방지를 위해 밸브핀과 핀의 승강통로 사이의 공극 폐쇄용 돌출턱이 형성된 밸브핀을 내장한, 합성수지 공급용 탕도가 밸브핀 가이드 부쉬 외곽에 설치된 플라스틱 제품 사출 성형용 핫런너 시스템에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a hot runner system for injection molding plastic products installed on the outer side of a valve pin guide bush for supplying synthetic resin in a manifold, and in particular, a valve pin and a pin to prevent backflow of gas or resin at a predetermined height of the valve pin. 본 발명은 상기한 바와같은 종래의 핫런너 시스템의 결점을 개선하여 매니폴드내의 상부 탕도가 밸브핀 가이드 부쉬 외곽에 위치한 플라스틱 제품 사출 성형용핫런너 시스템에 있어서, 밸브핀의 최대 상승 높이만큼의 외주면에 돌출턱을 형성하고 그 돌출턱이 가이드 부위에 면접점될 때의 충격을 완화하기 위해 피스톤내에서 승강되는 밸브핀 해드에 밸브핀 승강 높이만큼의 스프링을 장착하므로서 밸브핀이 상승시에 밸브핀의 돌출턱에 의해 밸브핀 가이드 부쉬와 밸브핀의 공극인 승강통로를 차단하면서 피스톤내의 스프링에 의해서는 가이드 부쉬와 밸브핀의 돌출턱이 면접점시 충격을 완화해주므로서 가스나 수지의 역류를 효과적으로 예방해주는 가스나 수지의 역류방지용 밸브핀을 가진 핫런너 시스템을 제공코저 하는 것으로서 이를 첨부된 도면을 참조하면서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention improves the deficiencies of the conventional hot runner system as described above, in the injection molding hot runner system for plastic products in which the upper turbidity in the manifold is located outside the valve pin guide bush, the outer circumferential surface of the valve pin as high as the maximum rising height.
