Abstract

PURPOSE: A tobacco pipe with harmful material removal function is provided to remove all kinds of harmful materials including gas-phase materials and heavy metals by using the self-adsorption and collision phenomenon of smoke inhaled through fine holes formed in the pipe. CONSTITUTION: The tobacco pipe(10) with harmful material removal function comprises a filter(30) composed of drilled four fine holes(31), a filter hat(32), and a filter rod(33) extending from the front end into the rear end of the filter for guiding smoke of tobacco so as to minimize an inhalation pressure of the smoke. The fine holes has a diameter of 0.4 to 0.5mm suitable to minimize the inhalation pressure and to remove harmful material. Also, the fine holes are arranged at equal distances of 90degree for the rapid variation of the velocity of the moving smoke. Alternately, a magnetic adsorption part(20) is installed in the pipe for facilitating the adsorption of harmful materials and heavy metal material among the smoke.

Description

Cigarette Pipe for remove noxious substance}Cigarette Pipe for remove noxious substance

Conventional tobacco pipes or pipes for removing toxic substances are mostly filtered by toxic substances. However, the harmful substances in cigarettes are classified as containing particulate matter and gaseous substances, about 20 kinds of carcinogens in the particulate matter, and about 15 kinds of carcinogens in the gas phase. However, the filtration (filtering) method, which is a method of removing harmful substances from existing tobacco pipes, mainly focused on removing particulate matters and lacked a method to remove gaseous harmful substances. In addition, since only specific components of the particulate harmful substances are concentrated, it is difficult to produce a unique taste of cigarettes, which has resulted in consumers being reluctant to use tobacco filters.

The present invention is a method using the properties of the gas as a method that can remove not only particulate harmful substances but also gaseous harmful substances that were difficult to remove in the conventional filtration method through various processes of pressurization, collision, coagulation, and adsorption. Induces the temperature difference by rapidly changing the flow rate by inducing and guiding the tobacco smoke to the fine perforated hole, deviating from the conventional filtering method through the filter, and generating the temperature difference by using the flow rate. It prevents the change of suction power and the intensive removal of only some components by the simple filtration method through rapid condensation cooling method by creating a collision with the air, and removes harmful ingredients evenly so that there is almost no difference in the taste of cigarettes. It is characterized by a drastic reduction in the inflow of matter.

In addition, the present invention reduces the influx of heavy metals by incorporating a magnetic adsorption unit for adsorption and removal of heavy metal-containing substances that are seriously harmful to the human body and contain a carcinogenic component.

As shown,

According to the present invention, the filter 10 is inserted into the cigarette inserting portion 14 while the filter filter 30 is coupled to the stopping plate 13 to the pipe 10, and thus, four fine particles formed on the flange of the filter filter 30 are used. The perforation 31 leads the flow in the state of suppressing the vortex as much as possible by the filter cap 32. At this time, the tobacco smoke passes through the perforation 31, and the flow rate rapidly increases. The temperature drops. In addition, the cigarette smoke that caused its own collision while passing through the perforation 31 undergoes a process of rapidly solidifying while colliding with the collision plate 12 again. After the first and second decompression and coagulation, the cigarette smoke is sucked by the guide of the filter rod 33 which suppresses the vortex phenomenon after passing through the collision plate 12 after adsorption by the attraction of the solidified harmful components. The heavy metal component is adsorbed while encountering the magnetic adsorption portion 20 positioned over the surface of the filter rod 33 and the flange of the filtration filter 30 while being guided to the portion 15. Tobacco smoke after the adsorption process is delivered to the human body through the suction unit (15).

In addition, the filter (10) part is made of a transparent PS (Polystyrene) component, so that the user can directly check the effect of removing the harmful substances by eye, which is more reliable, and nicotine and various harmful residues for short-term smoking of 5-6 cigarettes. It can be free from the unpleasant smell of the pipe itself with water.

As described above, the present invention is an invention capable of removing harmful substances such as heavy metals, as well as gaseous harmful substances, as well as removing particulate harmful substances carried out by the existing harmful substance removing pipe. As a removal method, it is possible to minimize the adverse effects of cigarettes on the human body by removing harmful substances while maintaining the unique aesthetics of cigarettes. In addition, the amount of nicotine, which causes poisoning of cigarettes, can be adjusted to the size of the micropores (31). Ultimately, smoking is effective.
