Abstract

PURPOSE: A water level sensing device of a pressure cooker is provided to avoid the damage on a coil and a pressure cooker by sensing the water level and restraining boiling without water. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(70) is installed at a tank(63) on coils(65). The sensor is conducted only in the water. Conduction and non-conduction signals are transmitted to a float switch. Thus, the level of water in an inner container(61) is sensed. If the water level is decreased, the sensor transmits a non-conduction signal to the float switch. The float switch operates a buzzer and a lamp. Then, a user cuts off power supply and supplies water. Therefore, damage on a pressure cooker or the coil is prevented.
