Abstract

PURPOSE: A wiretapping apparatus of an exchange is provided to prevent a noise from being generated in a wiretapped content by wiretapping a call between subscribers through a receiving terminal from a time switch that makes a PCM communication, that is a digital communication, with the first, the second and the third analog subscriber board by being respectively connected with a sub-highway cable. CONSTITUTION: Analog subscriber phones respectively connected to the first and the second analog subscriber board(22,24) are put to a call state through a time switch(26). The first, the second and the third analog subscriber board(22,24,28) are connected to the time switch(26) through a sub-highway cable to make a PCM communication, that is, a digital communication. An operator wiretaps a call between subscribers by an operator phone set through a receiving terminal of the time switch(26) and the third analog subscriber board(28). Only the receiving terminal of the time switch(26) is connected between the third analog subscriber board(28) and the time switch(26) while a transmitting terminal is not connected thereto, so that the voice of the operator may not be transmitted to the subscriber phone set.
