Abstract

PURPOSE: An endoscope tube is provided to prevent that a human body is automatically separated from the tube by opening an insertion part after the human body is inserted into the tube. CONSTITUTION: An endoscope tube includes two pieces, a hinge joint, and a rubber stopper. The two pieces are opened therebetween. The hinge joint naturally moves the two pieces. Thereby, the endoscope tube prevents that the tube is separated from the human body during a medical operation, and makes a curved operation equipment such as a suture hook be easily inserted into the human body. After the tube is inserted into the human body, the insertion part is opened, and thus the human body is not automatically separated from the tube.

기존의 내시경(관절경)에서 관은 내부압력때문에, 혹은 실수에 의해 저절로 빠져나오기 쉬우며, 이를 방지하기 위하여 수술자가 손으로 이것을 잡고 있어서, 노동력 및 시간적인 낭비가 있던지, 혹은 관의 외부에 날개를 달아 저항을 증가 시키는 방법을 사용하여 삽입 및 제거시 신체에 손상을 주게 된다. 또한 그 내경이 제한되어 있어 큰 기구를 삽입할 경우 필연적으로 내경을 넓힐 수 밖에 없었다.In conventional endoscopy, the tube tends to come out on its own due to internal pressure or by mistake, and the operator has to hold it by hand to prevent it, which means that there is labor and time wasted or wing outside the tube.
