Abstract

PURPOSE: A pneumatic pressure indicating wheel of a vehicle tire is provided to prevent an accident by directly displaying a pneumatic pressure of a vehicle tire on a wheel and letting a driver recognizing the pneumatic pressure. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic pressure indicating wheel of a vehicle tire comprises a tire(1), a pneumatic pressure indicator(6), an air flow path, a gauge installation portion, and a cross-shaped tool. The air flow path is formed in a mold when a wheel is manufactured. A thread and the installation portion are fixed via the cross-shaped tool. Upon injecting air to the tire through an air injecting port, the pneumatic pressure applied through the air flow path is transmitted to a gauge. After a pneumatic pressure expansion actuator is operated, the gauge indicates the pneumatic pressure. Therefore, a driver checks the pneumatic pressure of the tire at all times.

본 발명은 휠, 공기압력표시기(게이지),공기 이동관 등으로 이루어져 있으며 종래의 방식은 게이지를 공기주입구에 접촉후 압력을 확인 하기에 불편하며 무선으로 공기압을 표시하는 장치는 운전자의 편리성은 돋보이나 앞에서도 언급했듯이 많은 문제점이 야기되었으나 본 발명은 간단히 휠 제작시 공기 흐름관을 삽입 필요 표시부분에 가공을 하여 + 특수 공구(토크렌치 12kg)로 간단하게 조여 사용할 수 있으며 만약 출시된 휠이나 주철휠에는 [도3] 을 이용 간단히 장착 가능하며 기존 휠 탈착기에 타이어 탈부착시 전혀 불편함이 없고 특히 가공된 휠의 무게 만큼 게이지가 장착되기에 휠바란스 작업이 용이하며 게이지 자체가 휠 표면과 동일 하기에 파손 및 변성의 위험이 그의 없으며 훼손시 손쉽게 다른 게이지로 교환이 용이하며 게이지에 전달되는 압력이 작은 통로로 이동되기에 한번 전달된 압력이 쉽게 변화되지 않기에 내구성이 우수하고 고온에서도 그성능을 발휘한다.The present invention consists of a wheel, an air pressure indicator (gauge), an air moving tube, etc., and the conventional method is inconvenient to check the pressure after contacting the gauge with the air inlet.
