Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a hologram pattern by hot stamping which puts a transparent foil on the hologram pattern to apply heat and pressure for hot stamping so that it displays 3-dimensional image of hologram well. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the hologram pattern in water transfer paper by hot stamping comprises the steps of: (i) designing a wanted pattern on a film for a copper plate; (ii) etching the film for the copper plate and forming the wanted pattern in an etching copper plate; (iii) locating the etching copper plate in a press machine(3); (iv) putting transfer paper(4) and hologram paper(5) under the etching copper plate orderly and applying heat and pressure for hot stamping printing; (v) putting the transparent foil(6) on a hologram layer and applying heat and pressure for hot stamping printing; and (vi) offset printing for necessary use.
