Abstract

PURPOSE: A digital album management system using a visual search engine is provided to manage pictures or moving pictures by storing the pictures or the moving pictures into a PC. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor(40) is used for finding easily a desired frame by extracting a key frame or searching a related image by extracting a representative image vector value. A scanner(10) is used for inputting an image file into the micro processor(40).
