Abstract

PURPOSE: A memory of a computer is provided to improve process rate and increase memory volume of a system by integrally forming a main memory unit and an auxiliary memory unit, and prevent loss of data in case of sudden abnormality by using independent power. CONSTITUTION: A connection socket(110) connects a memory unit(100) with a main board(200). A flash memory part(130) is formed by arranging a plurality of flash memories. A DRAM module part(140) is formed by arranging a plurality of DRAMs. An interface control part(120) records data at the flash memory part(130) and the DRAM module part(140), and enable to read data by making the flash memory part(130) and the DRAM module part(140) transmit and receive data with the main board(200) through the connection socket(110). A charging part(150) supplies power to the DRAM module part(140) independently.
