Description

Rotor of vibration motor for cellular phone}Rotor of vibration motor for cellular phone

The present invention relates to a vibration motor, and more particularly, to a rotor of a vibration motor for a mobile phone, which is installed in a mobile phone and vibrates while being biased in a vibration motor that emits a received signal.

In general, a cell phone is provided with a bell device and a vibration device to notify the reception.

That is, when the reception is received, the user is allowed to ring the bell so that the user knows that the user is in a bar. In a place requiring quietness such as a meeting, the user may use the vibration mode so that only the user knows.

In the vibration mode described above, a small vibration motor mounted on the mobile phone operates to generate vibration.

As shown in FIG. 2, the bracket 50, a cover 51 coupled to the bracket 50 to form a predetermined space, and a shaft 52 fixed to a central portion of the bracket 50. And, the bearing (53) press-fitted to the shaft (52) is fixed to the rotor (54) which is injection-molded with a resin material, and the rotor (54) to generate a magnetic field repulsive force bracket (50) It is composed of a magnet 55 installed on an FPC (flexible cable) (unsigned) on the upper surface.

Here, in order to fit the bearing 53 on the shaft 52, as shown in Fig. 3, the grooved lower mold L and the rotor 54 seated on the lower mold L as described above. And the rotor 53 by pressing the bearing 53 and the shaft 52 located at the insertion part of the bearing 53 in the center of the rotor 54 and the bearing 53 and the shaft 52. It consists of the upper metal mold | tool U fitted in the.

In other words, after the bearing 53 is inserted into the shaft 52, the bearing 53 is pressed into the rotor 54 to assemble the rotor 54 and the bearing 53. The rotor 54 is disposed between the bracket 50 and the cover 51 to produce a vibration motor.

However, as described above, when the shaft is pressed into the bearing and the bearing is pressed into the rotor, the inner diameter of the bearing is changed during the pressing operation, thereby causing rotational unevenness (friction occurrence) and deteriorating bearing holding force. There is this.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, while maintaining the holding force of the bearing for supporting the rotation of the rotor, and for the mobile phone that can prevent the deformation of the bearing when the bearing is coupled to the shaft and the rotor In providing a rotor of the vibration motor.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a rotor of a vibration motor for a mobile phone configured to rotate coupled to the rotation center,

It is characterized in that it comprises a bearing configured to be coupled to the shaft and is divided into two and is fitted on both sides of the rotor, the bearing is configured not to contact each other.

1A and 1B are cross-sectional views illustrating a state in which a bearing is separated from a rotor of a vibration motor for a mobile phone according to the present invention. The bearings are manufactured in a “T” shape and configured to couple shafts 52 ( 1) is coupled to the rotor 54, and the bearing 1 is configured not to be in contact with each other in a state of being coupled to the rotor 54.

When the two bearings 1 are coupled to the rotor 54, the intervals therebetween are spaced apart from each other when the bearings 1 are vibrated and impacted. This is to prevent the departure.

Of course, when the outer diameter of the bearing (1) is coupled to the rotor 54, not only does the deformation occur in the bearing (1), but also the processing to prevent the bearing (1) from falling even in a relatively large impact.

In particular, when the bearing 1 is formed in a "T" shape as described above and the bearing 1 is press-fitted on both sides of the rotor 54, the bearing 1 is press-fitted to the rotor 54. Since the length becomes very small compared with the conventional inserting the whole bearing, it is possible to further reduce the amount of deformation during the press-in operation.

Referring to the operation and effect of the present invention as described above, after the operator puts the coil 57 and the counter weight 58 into the injection mold, the rotor 54 is injection molded.

When the rotor 54 is injection molded, the rotor 54 is seated in a mold of a predetermined shape, and then the bearing 1 is inserted into the rotor 54.

That is, the above-mentioned bearing 1 is pressed against the rotor 54 in a state in which the two bearings 1 are in close contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the rotor 54.

When the bearing 1 is pressed against the rotor 54, the bearing 1 is inserted / coupled from the upper and lower surfaces of the rotor 54.

At this time, since the insertion portion of the bearing 1 is very small, the bearing 1 is not deformed or the amount of deformation is extremely small during the press-fitting operation.

In addition, since the two bearings 1 coupled as described above are separated from each other, the bearings 1 do not fall out even when an impact is applied to the outside or the shaft 52.

That is, since the two bearings 1 are not in contact with each other, even if an impact is applied from one side, the impact is not directly transmitted, thereby preventing the bearing 1 from being pushed out by the impact. will be.

When the coupling of the bearing 1 is completed, the shaft 52 is pressed into the bearing 1 to complete the assembly of the rotor 54.

As described above, the present invention divides the bearing coupled to the rotor of the vibration motor into two and couples the rotor from both sides, thereby preventing the bearing from being deformed when the bearing is coupled to the rotor and preventing the bearing from being released during an impact. There is an advantage to avoid.
