보온전용밥솥이나 보온취사겸용의 전기밥솥에서 밥을 보온할 때에 장시간 보온하여도 처음 밥맛과 같은 밥맛을 유지하기 위하여 전기밥솥의 내부용기 속에 상하 이동이 가능한 일명 「상하이동형속뚜껑」으로 보온 밥솥에 보관 중인 밥 위를 빈틈없이 덮어둠으로서 장시간 밥을 보온 보관하여도 밥이 마르거나 냄새, 변색의 염려가 없는 전기밥솥의 상하 이동이 가능한 속껑임.When warming rice in a rice cooker or electric rice cooker for warm cooking, the rice cooker can be moved up and down in the inner container of the rice cooker to maintain the same taste as the first rice even after warming for a long time.
