본 고안에 따르면, 복원력을 갖은 강철심으로 강철모자테심을 구성하고 모양모자테와 모자차양에는 연결고리를 부착시켜 구성하였다. 조립식양면사용차양모자는 모양모자테와 모자차양의 연결고리 구멍에 강철모자테심을 엇갈려 가며 삽입시켜 조립 분해할 수 있게 하였다. 모양모자테와 모자차양은 연질의 플라스틱재질이나 직물로 감싼 연질의 플라스틱재질을 사용하여야한다. 양면사용차양모자를 뒤집어 사용할 경우, 강철모자테심을 중심으로 모양모자테와 모자차양이 부분회전을 하는데 모양모자테, 모자차양가 경질의 플라스틱재료를 사용할 경우 모양모자테, 모자차양가 부분회전되질 않거나 경질플라스틱이 꺽어지기 때문이다. 이와 같이 연질의 플라스틱 재질을 사용한 조립식양면사용차양모자는 복원력이 있는 강철모자테심의 뒷부분을 벌리면서 모양모자테를 반대방향으로 밀어 올리고 모자차양도 반대방향으로 밀어 내리면 변화되기 전후의 형태가 같다.According to the present invention, a steel cap core is composed of a steel core having a restoring force, and a cap is attached to a hat and a hat shade.
