Abstract

본 고안은 건물용 셔터에 비상문을 설치할 때 사용되는 경첩으로서, 셔터와 같이 승강되어서 감겨지고, 또한 비상문을 단단히 지지하여서 처짐을 방지하도록 된 경첩장치에 관한 것이다. 통상 셔터는 열 때는 셔터박스에 감아서 저장할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 상하 셔터판재가 절곡이 가능하게 연결되어 있다. 따라서 셔터를 내린 상태에서는 셔터면이 수직으로 일정하게 고정되지 않고, 외부의 접촉에 의해 쉽게 흔들리거나 휘어지는 특성이 있다. 더욱이 셔터에 경첩으로 연결시킨 비상문의 경우, 자체하중에 의해 한쪽이 처지거나 휘어지는 등 개폐작동에 지장이 많아서 비상문으로서의 역할을 다하지 못하는 폐단이 있었다. 그래서 비상문의 각 판재를 셔터의 각 판재에 단단히 지지해주는 경첩장치가 절실히 요구되어 왔는바, 본인의 선등록실용신안 제121433호에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 각 셔터판재와 비상문 판재에 부착되는 각 경첩을 상하 연속적으로 축 연결되게 하고, 또한 직립상태로 유지시켜주는 지지장치를 일체로 형성함으로서, 비상문의 처짐이나 뒤틀림을 방지하도록 되었다. 그러나 상기에서는 경첩에 설치된 복원스프링의 탄발작용이 미흡하고, 또한 비상문의 균형을 조절하는 장치가 없어서 비상문이 휘어지거나 비틀어진 상태를 균일하게 바로 잡아줄 수가 없는 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a hinge used to install an emergency door in a shutter for a building, the hinge device being lifted and wound like a shutter, and firmly supporting the emergency door to prevent sagging.
