본 고안은 고압용 압력수두 조절장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a pressure head regulator for high pressure.
본 고안은 탱크(1)내 압력을 조절하는 수단, 탱크(1)내 수두를 조절하는 수단 및 탱크내 원수를 공급하는 수단으로 구성된다. 본 고안은 일정압력을 갖는 시험수를 보다 용이하게 생산할 수 있다. 본 고안에서 제조된 시험수는 고압이 필요한 밸브나 배관재 등의 고압력 내구성 및 누설(Leak)시험 등에 사용된다.The present invention consists of means for adjusting the pressure in the tank 1, means for adjusting the head in the tank 1, and means for supplying raw water in the tank. 고압이 필요한 밸브나 배관재 등의 고압력 내구성 및 누설(Leak)시험 등에는 일정한 압력을 갖는 시험수가 요구되고 있다. 일정압력을 갖는 시험수를 제조하기 위해 지금까지는 탱크 상단부에는 원수유입구가, 탱크 하단부에는 시험수 배출구가, 탱크 측면에는 수두조절을 위한 원수배출구가 설치된 압력수두 조절장치가 주로 사용되어 왔다.For high pressure durability and leak testing of valves and piping materials that require high pressure, a test water having a constant pressure is required.
