Abstract
본 고안은 규격이 큰 파이프 라인이나 각종 탱크의 보온에 사용되는 단열 매트에 있어 작업시 부착이 용이하도록 외포지의 일단에 오버랩을 형성한 구조에 특징이 있는 단열 매트에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a heat insulating mat characterized by a structure in which an overlap is formed at one end of the outer wrapper so as to be easily attached during work in a heat insulating mat used for insulation of large pipelines or various tanks.

종래에 대형의 파이프나 탱크의 보온시에 사용되는 단열매트는 적정두께의 판체로 형성한 유리솜이나 유리섬유를 알루미늄 박판지에 접착하여서 되는 것이므로 단열할 물체에 따라 단열재의 두께가 두꺼워지게 되면 그 두께에 의거 원활히 굴신이 되지 않을 뿐 아니라 절도있게 접착되지 않고 간격이 발생하는 문제점이 있었으며 또 작업시 양단부를 떨어지지 않게 연결하기가 용이하지 않는 폐단이 있었다.Conventionally, the heat insulating mat used to insulate a large pipe or tank is obtained by adhering glass wool or glass fiber formed of a plate body of appropriate thickness to a thin aluminum sheet so that the thickness of the heat insulating material becomes thick depending on the object to be insulated.
