Description
The present invention relates to an insulator assembly of various industrial electric heaters, such as a band heater, which heats a nozzle around a nozzle of a plastic injection molding machine.
Ceramic insulators, which are conventionally known as Korean Utility Model Publication No. 91-1364, have arc-shaped indentations 31 formed on one side of the body 30 made of ceramic, as shown in FIGS. An arc-shaped protrusion 32 corresponding to the arc-shaped recessed portion 31 is formed at one side, and a plurality of holes penetrating the arc-shaped recessed portion 31 and the arc-shaped protrusion 32 are formed at the longitudinal direction of the body 30. (33) are formed at regular intervals so that a plurality of fuselage (30) to face each other arranged in a plate or cylindrical shape, it is possible to wire a heating wire 34 such as nichrome wire in the communication hole (33).
Since the conventional ceramic insulators are formed in the upper and lower portions of the arc indentation part 31 and the arc protrusion part 32, respectively, the jaws 35 and 35 'are respectively shown in FIG. As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the contact state of the fuselage 30 is relatively good, but the flexibility of the fuselage 30 is arranged in a cylindrical shape for use for the band heater as shown in Figs. Due to this lack, it was not possible to arrange the fuselage 30 close to the epicenter, and in particular, as shown in FIG. 5, there was a gap 36 between one adjacent fuselage 30 and the other fuselage 30 '. Therefore, the wiring of the heating wire 34 could not be smoothed, the thermal efficiency was lowered due to the gap 36, and there was a problem such as causing trouble in heating the heating target cylinder to a uniform temperature.
The present invention solves all the problems of the prior art. The present invention has excellent flexibility and adhesion when unit insulators are connected, so that the heating wire can be easily wired, the thermal efficiency is excellent, and the heating object has a uniform temperature. The technical problem is to provide an insulator assembly of an industrial electric heater that can be heated by.

In the present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 1, arc protrusions 10 and 10 ′ are formed at both sides, and each has a normal hole 11 penetrating through the arc protrusions 10 and the arc protrusions 10 ′. The first insulator 12 and the arc indents 13 and 13 'corresponding to the arc protrusions 10 and 10' are formed on both sides thereof, and the arc indents 13 and the arc indents are formed. An insulator assembly consisting of a second insulator 14 having a conventional hole 11 penetrating 13 '.
The present invention configured as described above is to use the first insulator 12 and the second insulator 14 alternately connected to the plate or arranged in a cylindrical shape as shown in Figs. As well expressed in Fig. 1, the arc-shaped protrusions 10, 10 'and the second insulator 14 of the first insulator 12 are connected even though the first insulator 12 and the second insulator 14 are inclined. The arc recesses 13 and 13 'of the arc indents 13 and 13' are completely in close contact with each other so that the contact surface can be moved to have flexibility during assembly.
Therefore, the insulator assembly according to the present invention does not have a risk of catching the heating wire 15 when the heating wire 15, such as nichrome wire, is inserted into the hole 11, so that the wiring of the heating wire 15 can be easily performed, and the heat loss is reduced. The entire insulator assembly is heated evenly.
The insulator assembly according to the present invention has excellent flexibility and adhesion at the time of assembly, so that the heating wire 15 can be easily wired, the thermal efficiency is excellent, energy can be saved, and the synthetic resin whose physical properties are sensitive to temperature variation passes. It is possible to heat the nozzle of the injection molding machine at a uniform temperature, and thus there is an advantage of obtaining a high quality injection molding having a uniform quality.
