Abstract
본 고안은, 휴대폰으로 통화할 때 인출되는 안테나의 위치가 머리부 이하로 인출되게 되면서 안테나가 머리부에서 근접되지 않게 하며, 머리카락과의 접촉을 방지하여 전자파로부터의 피해를 줄일 수 있는 전자파 피해가 감소되는 안테나 구조를 가진 휴대폰을 제공하기 위하여 본 고안은, 안테나 인출식 휴대폰에 있어서, 상기 안테나는 휴대폰의 저면에서 아래로 인출되게 구성 된다.According to the present invention, the position of the antenna to be drawn out when talking on a mobile phone is drawn out below the head so that the antenna is not in close proximity to the head, and electromagnetic damage that can reduce the damage from electromagnetic waves by preventing contact with the hair. 위에서 휴대폰이란 개인 휴대 통신 즉, 셀룰러, CDMA, PCS 등의 방식을 사용하는 개인 휴대 통신을 위한 단말기를 말하며 통상적으로, 휴대폰은 소형화됨에 따라 단말기로부터 인출이 가능하고 단말기내에 수장되도록 휴대성을 중시한 안테나가 주로 사용되고 있다. 그리고, 상기 안테나는 휴대와 수장이 가능한 리터렉터블 타입을 채택하기 때문에 수장 시 감도를 확보하기 위해 톱로딩형 휩안테나가 주로 사용된다. 그런데, 위와 같은 상기 안테나는 통화시 인체의 귀에 밀착되면서 안테나에서 방사된 유해 전자파가 인체의 머리 및 뇌에 직접 흡수되는 문제점이 발생된다. 상기 전자파는 휴대폰의 단말기로부터 생성되어 안테나를 통해서 외부로 방사되는 것으로 인체, 특히 사람의 두뇌에 치명적인 영향을 끼친다는 사실이 밝혀진지 오래다. 이와 같은 전자파는 실제로 안테나의 상단 즉 톱로딩 부위에서 대부분이 방사되는 것으로 확인되어 있고, 상기 안테나는 통화시에 두뇌와 근접되게 되고 전자파에 노출되면서 인체에 대한 폐해가 심각한 실정이다. 특히 여성의 경우는 안테나가 머리카락과 접촉되면서 통화시 전자파가 머리카락을 타고 두뇌에 직접적으로 미치게 되어 피해가 더욱 큰 것으로 알려져 있다.In the above, a mobile phone refers to a terminal for personal mobile communication, i.e., a personal mobile communication using cellular, CDMA, PCS, etc. In general, as a mobile phone becomes smaller, mobile phones can be withdrawn from the terminal and stored in the terminal.
