본 고안은 철재문용 보강문틀에 관한것으로서,가로보강테(21)하측에 형성되는 삽입편(41)을 세로보강테(51)의 삽입구멍(511)에 관통 삽입하고 삽입편(41)의 빗장공(411)으로는 빗장나사(52)를 억지 체결하여 직사각형 보강문틀(1)이 되도록 하는 것에 있어서, 가로보강테(21)상측 양측단의 절곡편(211)을 연장하여 나사공(311)이 형성되는 걸편(31)이 형성되도록 하고 상기 걸편(31)을 세로보강테(51)최상단 양측의 안착홈(512)에 각기 안착 시킴과 동시에 절곡하여 테이퍼형의 고정나사(53)로 세로보강테(51)내벽에 고정되도록 하므로서 더욱 견고한 보강문틀(1)을 얻을수 있도록 함과 아울러 보강문틀(1)의 형성작업도 신속하고 용이하게 할수 있도록 한것이다.The present invention relates to a reinforcing door frame for steel doors, the insertion piece 41 formed below the horizontal reinforcement frame 21 is inserted through the insertion hole 511 of the longitudinal reinforcement frame 51 and the latch of the insertion piece 41. 이를 해결하기 위해 본원 출원인이 삽입편(612),삽입홈,빗장나사 그리고 연결체(91)를 이용한 보강문틀의 보강테 연결구조를 개발하여 실용신안등록제133384호 및 동제133365호로 등록받은 것이 있으나 실용신안등록제133384(첨부도면 도5 참조)는 가로,세로보강테(60)(70)의 접경부 최상단부를 고정시킬수 없기 때문에 운반이나 설치시에 보강문틀이 휘청거리는 등의 문제점이 발생되어 견고한 보강문틀을 얻을수 없었으며 또 실용신안등록제133385(첨부도면 도 6참조)는 별도의 연결체(91)와 보울트(92)를 이용하여 연결 고정되도록 하므로 가로,세로보강테 (60)(70)의 연결작업이 난이하였을 뿐만 아니라 접경부 최상단의 견고한 고정이 어려워 이 또한 조립상태가 튼튼하게 유지되는 보강문틀을 얻기에는 미흡하였다.In order to solve this problem, the applicant has developed the reinforcement frame connection structure of the reinforcement door frame using the insertion piece 612, the insertion groove, the latching screw and the connecting member 91, and has been registered as Utility Model Registration No. 133384 and No. 133365.
