Abstract
The present invention relates to a grounding rod and a ground terminal for grounding, and in the related art, the ground terminal is press-fitted to the expansion part of the copper pipe, and the thickness of the extension part is thinned due to the elongation of the expansion part, and the risk of occurrence of crushing or cracking of the extension part is caused. This has caused a problem that the ground resistance is greatly reduced. In other words, in order to secure the material hardness that can be pulled out when the copper pipe is drawn, the material of the copper pipe is formed at the top of the copper pipe as it uses the material of 'KSD 5301 C1100 T-1 / 2H (1.5t thick)'. It was not possible to solve the problem of thinning the thickness of the ground terminal by press-fitting the expansion terminal. As a result, the ONE PIECE STREIGHT drawing work was weakened due to the weakening of the product hardness, which prevented crushing and cracking.
Therefore, the present invention covers the crimped copper tube raw material by covering the crimped terminal joining pipe of KSD 5301 C 1100 T-3 / 4H (thickness 1.5t) and the crimped copper tube. It provides a grounding rod and a grounding terminal for improving the reliability of the product by improving the conductivity while increasing the hardness and tensile strength while preventing it from being crushed or cracked.
Description
The present invention relates to a grounding rod and a ground terminal for grounding, in particular, by improving the grounding wire connection structure of the grounding terminal coupled to the top of the grounding rod to increase hardness and tensile strength, and to prevent grounding or cracking, and to improve the grounding conductivity. The present invention relates to a grounding rod and a ground terminal for improving the reliability of the product.
Grounding rod and ground terminal for a conventional ground, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, to expand the upper portion of the copper tube (2) of the ground rod (1) to form an extension (3), the copper tube except for the extension (3) (2) The core rod 4 which was cheaper, harder and more conductive than copper was inserted in the inside.
Then, the ground terminal 5 to which the ground wire 6 is coupled is pushed into the extension part 3 of the ground rod 1.
However, when press-fitting the ground terminal 5 into the expansion part 3 of the conventional copper tube 2, the expansion portion as shown in Figure 2 while the problem that the thickness thereof becomes thin due to the elongation of the expansion portion (3) There is a risk that the 'A' part of (3) is crushed or cracked, and this causes a problem that the grounding resistance is greatly reduced.
That is, in order to secure the material hardness that can be pulled out when the copper pipe 2 is drawn, the material of the copper pipe 2 is made of 'KSD 5301 C1100 T-1 / 2H (thickness 1.0t)'. When pressing the ground terminal 5 into the expansion part 3 formed on the upper part of the copper pipe 2, the thickness could not be solved. Therefore, ONE PIECE STREIGHT drawing work is weakened due to weakened product hardness. There was a closed end where ground conductivity could not be achieved.
Therefore, the present invention covers and crimps the copper tube, which has been pulled out, to cover the conventional terminal joining pipe in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, while maintaining the thickness of the copper tube raw material as it is, while maintaining hardness and tensile strength. The purpose is to increase the reliability of the product by increasing the grounding conductivity while preventing crushing or cracking.

As shown in Figure 3 and 4, in configuring the grounding ground rod (1) and the ground terminal (5),
Process the copper tube (2) made of drawing work to form a ground rod (1),
Cover the lower end 10a of the terminal joining pipe 10, which is detachable, on the upper end of the copper tube 2 made of the material, and presses the central portion 10b of the terminal joining pipe 10 (shown in FIG. Press the upper end of the copper tube 2 by pressing (part B of FIG. 4).
The ground terminal 5 is press-fitted into the upper end portion 10c of the terminal joining pipe 10, which has been crimped to the copper pipe 2.
Hereinafter, the same parts as in the prior art FIGS. 1 and 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will not be repeated.
Here, the terminal joining pipe 10 used a material of 'KSD 5301 C 1100 T-3 / 4H (thickness 1.5t)'.
Referring to Figures 3 and 4 attached to the operation of an embodiment of the present invention configured as described above are as follows.
First, the copper tube 2 is drawn to form the ground rod 1, and then the copper tube 2 in which the drawing is made is processed.
Afterwards, a cheaper, harder and more conductive core rod 4 is forcibly inserted inside the copper tube 2.
Then, the lower end of the terminal joining pipe 10 having a material of 'KSD 5301 C 1100 T-3 / 4H (thickness 1.5t)' as a separable type on the upper end of the copper tube 2 fitted therein (4). After covering 10a), the center portion 10b of the terminal joining pipe 10 is pressed by a press (part B) as shown in FIG. 4.
Then, the center portion 10b of the terminal joining pipe 10 compresses the upper end of the copper pipe 2, so that the terminal joining pipe 10 and the copper pipe 2 are firmly fixed.
Subsequently, when the ground terminal 5 having the ground wire 6 is coupled to the upper end portion 10c of the terminal joining pipe 10 that has been crimped to the copper pipe 2 is pressed in, the grounding ground rod 1 for grounding and grounding The coupling of the terminals 5 is completed.
In other words, the present invention is to press the separable terminal joining pipe 10 to the copper tube (2) of the grounding rod (1) by the press for the coupling of the ground terminal (5) as described above, press-in the ground terminal (5) Even if it is made, the hardness and tensile strength of the copper tube 2 can be increased while maintaining the thickness of the raw material of the copper tube 2 as it is, and the grounding conductivity can be improved while preventing crushing or cracking of the copper tube 2.
As described above, the present invention covers the crimped terminal joint pipe after pressing LETEL on the copper tube where the drawing work is done, and compresses the same, thereby maintaining the thickness of the copper tube raw material as it is and maintaining its hardness and tensile strength. In addition, it provides the effect of improving the reliability of the product by improving the grounding conductivity while preventing crushing or cracking.
