Abstract
The present invention is devised for the purpose of preventing the increasing number of conventional disposable food containers cause industrial pollution as industrial waste, and relates to a disposable biodegradable container using an aliphatic polyester resin.
Disposable containers used in the prior art are mainly made of styrofoam material, which is plastic or synthetic resin. Most of these food containers are not naturally decomposed at disposal, and they provide a factor of causing environmental pollution due to dioxin release when remaining as industrial waste or incineration, and release of environmental hormone harmful to human body when hot water or heat is applied. There was a problem.
In addition, when the wall of the container is a single layer, there is a problem of safety because the thermal conductivity is high when the hot food is contained in the container.
In view of these problems, the present invention provides an environmentally friendly disposable container and cup which does not emit environmental pollution and dioxins by using a fully biodegradable aliphatic polyester material, and doubles the wall of the container to install an air layer. It is designed to be used safely by reducing thermal conductivity.
Description
Disposable containers used in the prior art are mainly made of styrofoam material, which is plastic or synthetic resin. Most of these food containers are not naturally decomposed at disposal, and they provide a factor of causing environmental pollution due to dioxin release when remaining as industrial waste or incineration, and release of environmental hormone harmful to human body when hot water or heat is applied. There was a problem.
In addition, when the wall of the container is a single layer, there is a safety problem because the thermal conductivity is high when the hot food is contained in the container.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an environmentally friendly disposable container and cup that does not emit environmental pollution and dioxin by using a fully biodegradable aliphatic polyester material, and doubles the wall of the container. In addition, air layer is installed and thermal conductivity is reduced so that it can be used safely.
1 is a perspective view of the present invention
When holding hot food, install an air layer between the walls of the container to reduce the thermal conductivity so that it can be used safely.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA ′ of FIG. 1.
It is formed into a cross section having a double vessel wall shape which does not exist in a conventional vessel.

11. Aliphatic Polyester Material
12. Double wall of container with air layer
The structure of the present invention is composed of a fully degradable aliphatic polyester material (11), which is easily biodegradable when it is buried in soil or discarded in lakes, seawater, etc. Environmental pollution can be prevented by disposable containers that are being used and discarded, and recycling is easily possible, and the recycling of resources is great.
In addition, by placing the double wall layer 12 of the container, serves to install an air layer in the middle, it is configured to reduce the thermal conductivity to be used safely.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an environmentally friendly disposable container and a cup that can eliminate environmental pollution at the time of disposal after use, and the food can be easily and safely ingested.
