본 고안은 스판사 및 실을 제조하는 카바링기와 연사기에 사용되는 스핀들 구조에 관한것으로서 보다 구체적으로는 스판사 또는 연사된실에 매듭이 적게 형성되게 하고 작업이 연속적으로 이루어 지게 한것으로 스핀들(1)의 내측에 통사공(101)이 형성되고 하단에 고정구(A)가 베어링(B)으로 스핀들과 결합되어 밸트(6)로 구동하는 스핀들에 있어서 고정구의 상측에 접시형안내구(2)를 형성하여 일측에 통사공(201)을 형성하며 스핀들(1)의 상측에 베어링(B)으로 결합되는 장치구(3)를 결합하고 장치구(3)의 하단외측에 4-8개의 연구자석(301)을 배치하고 그둘레에 고정원판(4)을 형성하여 내측에 연구자석(401)을 장치하며 장치구(3)의 내측에 장치봉(302)을 형성하여 장치구(3)의 상부에 덮게(5)를 나착결합하며 덮게(5)의 상측에 안내관(501)을 결합할수 있게한 구성으로 되어 고무줄에 감기는 실을 보빈에 감지않고 스핀들내부의 통사공(101)내측으로 공급함으로서 실을 연결하는 매듭이 적게 형성되어 생산된 스판사의 품질을 좋게할수있으며 실을 연결하기 위하여 카바링기및 연사기를 멈추는 회수가 줄어들게 됨으로 생산성을 높일수 있는것이다.The present invention relates to a spindle structure used for a carbaring machine and a twisting machine for manufacturing a spanner and a thread, and more specifically, to make a knot less in a spanner or twisted yarn and to make the work continuously.
