본 고안은 곡주병구조에 관한 것인데,일반적인 곡주병에 담긴 곡주에서는 발효에 의하여 유통기간동안에도 곡주에서 가스가 발생하여 발생된 기포등이 곡주병 외부로 계속 유출 발생되고 있는 실정이다.시중의 곡주병은 크게 도기(陶器)에 의한 곡주병과 플라스틱수지제에 의한 곡주병 2타입중 도기(陶器)에 봉입된 곡주는 외부 광선이 차단되기 때문에 플라스틱수지제에 의한때보다는 기포의 발생이 덜하나,일반적으로 사용되고 있는 플라스틱수지제 곡주병은 내압 유지력이 취약해 발효시 발생된 기포에 의하여 용기가 부플어 오르는 현상이 많아 사용자가 병마개를 오픈할때 내용물이 분출하는 경향이 많았음을 감안하여,유통시 발효에 의한 기포가 지속적으로 유출될수 있도록, 병목부 주둥이에 틈새로, 너링(knurling)이나 요철을 형성하여,기포가 수시로 유출될수 있게 하며,또한 일반플라스틱 곡주병에 의한 내압 유지력이 취약해,곡주병이 본체나 바닥이 부풀어 올랐던 곡주병 바닥의 구조를 내압유지력이 강한 트러스 구조로 개선하도록 하고자 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to the structure of grain bottle, in the grain bottle contained in the grain bottle, the air generated by the fermentation of the gas in the grain wine during the distribution period by fermentation, etc., the situation that continues to leak out of the grain bottle.
