본 고안을 도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 본 고안은 자루(1), 레버(2), 고정철사(10), 탄성체(9), 걸레(14), 걸레지지판(12) 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 자루(1)의 아래쪽에는 내부에 중공(8)이 형성되어 있어 탄성체(9)가 삽입되고, 탄성체(9)의 윗부분을 볼트(6)가 가로지르면서 중공(8)의 양측면에 상하로 길게 천공된 상하왕복홀(7)과 레버(2)의 하단에 천공된 볼트 삽입홀(4)을 통하여 넛트(5)로 고정되며, 탄성체(9)가 삽입된 자루(1)의 하단은 두 개의 철판이 접합된 걸레지지판(12)의 상부에 형성되어 있는 자루 삽입홀(11)에 삽입 고정되고 걸레지지판(12)의 하단은 양쪽으로 벌려진 걸레고정홈(13)이 형성되어 있어 이 걸레고정홈(13)에 걸레(14)를 끼우며 고정철사(10)로 고정하여 사용하게 되는데, 레버(2)를 아래로 젖히면 레버(2)의 중하부에 천공된 고정철사끝 삽입홀(3)에 고정철사끝 걸림턱(15) 양끝이 걸려 있는 삼격형의 고정철사(10)가 내려와 걸레지지판(12)의 걸레고정홈(13)과 고정철사(10)의 삼각형 아랫부분(밑변)에 해당하는 직선상의 철사 사이에 간격이 생겨 걸레(14)를 착탈할 수 있으며 레버(2)를 당겨 자루(1)에 붙이면 탄성체(9)의 압력을 받으면서 고정철사(10)가 당겨져 걸레고정홈(13)에 밀착하게 된다. 즉, 걸레(14)를 고정철사(10)와 걸레고정홈(13)사이에 넣고 레버(2)를 당겨 자루(1)에 붙일 때는 중공(8) 내부에 삽입된 탄성체(9)가 그 윗부분을 가로 지르고 있는 볼트(6)로부터 압력을 받게 되어 압착되고 그 반발력으로 탄성체(9) 윗부분을 가로 지르고 있는 볼트(6)를 위로 밀어주게 되며 이 압력은 볼트(6)와 연결된 레버(2)를 거쳐 고정철사(10)에 전달되어 고정철사(10)의 아랫부분이 걸레고정홈(13)에 밀착하게 됨으로써 이 사이에 삽입된 걸레(14)가 고정되는 것이다.Referring to the present invention by the drawings as follows.
