본 고안은 하수와 폐수및 분뇨등에 포함되어있는 협잡물의 제거장치에 관한것으로서 보다 구체적으로는 세목스크린에서 분리되지않은 협잡물즉 미세한토사와씨앗및 기타부유물을 탈리액에서 분리하여 후처리 공정으로 탈리액을 공급할수있게 한것으로 투입구(1)의 일측에 세목스크린(2)과 이송스크류(3)를 장치하여 감속기(701)를 가진 모터(7)와 체인(601)으로 연결하고 하측에 침수조(4)가 형성된 하수와 폐수및 분뇨의 협잡물 처리장치에 있어서 침수조(4)의 바닥에 구동회로(501)에 의해 진동하는 진동자(5)를 장치하여서 된 구조로 되어 진동자(5)를 분당 28만∼35만회로 진동시키면 진동자(5)로부터 침수조(4)에 저장된 탈리액으로 초음파가 방사되어 탈리액을 미립자로 안개화되고 토사와 씨앗및 기타부유물은 자체무게에 의해 안개화된 탈리액의 물방울에 포함되지 않게 되고 탈리액을 기체상태로 후처리에 공급할 수 있음으로 후처리공정에서 부유물의 처리장치와 같은 처리장치를 별도로 설치하지 않아도 되기 때문에 하수와 폐수의 설치및 처리단가와 설치면적을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 청정도가 높은 최종배수를 할 수 있어 수질 및 대기오염을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a device for removing contaminants contained in sewage, wastewater, and manure, and more specifically, to remove debris that is not separated from a detail screen, that is, fine soil, seeds, and other floats from the desorption liquid and to supply the desorption liquid to the post-treatment process.
