Description
The present invention relates to a soundproof structure for a capillary tube, and to a soundproof structure for a capillary tube used to reduce noise generated when adiabatic expansion of a refrigerant through a capillary tube in an air conditioner.
Generally, air conditioners are designed to maintain optimum temperature and humidity according to all climatic conditions and indoor environments. The air conditioners include humidifiers to maintain proper humidity, including air conditioning and heating devices that cool or warm indoor air. Ventilation equipment for exhausting indoor air to the outside is included.
Among them, the air conditioner cools the indoor space by using the action of cooling the refrigerant by heat exchange with ambient air when the liquid refrigerant evaporates, and in addition to the cooling action, the dehumidification is performed together. Air conditioners (hereinafter referred to as air conditioners) can be divided into various types depending on the place of use, such as industrial, commercial and general household use. In particular, the separate type air conditioner mainly installed in the living room of a sales office or a general home is divided into an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. Here, the outdoor unit corresponds to a compressor for compressing a refrigerant and a condenser for condensing the refrigerant, and is installed on the roof of the building or the outer wall of the building due to noise and heat emission. In addition, the indoor unit serves to evaporate the refrigerant sent from the condenser to the room.
Inside the separate air conditioner, which is divided into an indoor unit and an indoor unit, a capillary bundle in which the refrigerant is adiabaticly expanded is installed.
As shown in FIG. 1, a bundle of capillaries 1 according to the prior art is formed by forming a slightly thin capillary tube 2 into a coil shape. The capillaries 2 wound in this way are wound with presstite tape 3 to prevent breakage of the capillary bundle 1. This press tape 3 is manually attached by an operator.
However, since the capillary bundle according to the prior art does not effectively absorb the noise generated during the adiabatic expansion of the refrigerant, there is a disadvantage in that noise and vibration are generated.
In addition, conventional capillary bundles have the disadvantage of lowering the quality of the product due to noise and vibration, and causing user dissatisfaction.
In addition, since the conventional capillary bundles are manually attached using a pressing tape, there is a disadvantage in that workability is significantly reduced.
In addition, the conventional capillary bundle has a disadvantage in that the moisture in the air due to latent heat is formed on the surface of the capillary tube is not attached well.
The object of the present invention devised to solve such a problem is to provide a soundproof structure for capillary tube which can reduce the noise and vibration expressed to the outside of the air conditioner by molding the capillary tube with a material absorbing noise and vibration. It is.

The soundproof body 30 has a thickness enough to absorb vibrations and noises caused by adiabatic expansion of the refrigerant inside the air conditioner.
In addition, since the silicone rubber material of the soundproof body 30 is closely filled between the gaps 31 of the capillary tube 12 wound during molding, the silicone rubber material 30 prevents the capillary tubes 12 from contacting each other by vibration. It can reduce the vibration and noise which is expressed more effectively.
Since the shape of the soundproof body 30 of the capillary soundproof structure of the present invention is manufactured using a simple molding treatment method, it can be changed according to the wound shape of the capillary tube 12 and the shape of the mold.
As described in detail above, the soundproof structure for capillary tube of the present invention is molded with a sound absorbing material such as silicone rubber, and thus has an advantage of reducing vibration and noise more than expected.
In addition, the capillary soundproof structure of the present invention has the advantage of minimizing vibration and noise, thereby improving the quality of the air conditioner.
