Description
The present invention is to float and use the place to purify the water in the water system, and in particular relates to a mobile floating tank for water purification that can be used to quickly fold and unfold quickly for each place to purify the water.
In the present invention, the term 'water system' includes small and medium-sized ponds, lakes, large freshwater lakes, rivers, and oceans.
In order to improve existing polluted water quality, a technique is known to remove floating matters in the water while floating on the water and moving to each required position.
That is, as can be seen in Figure 1, a float (1) formed in a ring shape to inject air therein to float on the surface, and a flange formed out of the float (1) inserted into the float (1) to the float Floating tank (2) to be supported and installed, a condensing tank (4) installed inside the flotation tank (2) to condense and discharge water flowing through the raw water inlet pipe (3), and Skimmer (5) installed on the water surface to remove the scum floating on the surface, flocculation chemical tank (6), pressurization device (7), agitator (8), dehydration tank (9), etc. installed on the flange of the floating tank Floating purification apparatus is known that consists of.
It is true that the conventional device configured as described above has the advantage of improving water quality by installing at a certain position of the water polluted water system and then moving to another location in the water system, but due to the large scale There is a problem that is expensive, and also difficult to move to the water system elsewhere. That is, the conventional one because the floating tank is made of a large scale of concrete or plastic material, it is possible to move underwater in a specific water system, but there is a problem that land movement to another water system is difficult.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a mobile flotation tank for water purification that can be easily moved to a water system far away from a water system in a specific water system or elsewhere.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a mobile flotation tank for water purification that can significantly reduce the overall cost of installation in the water system.

The mobile floatation tank for water purification according to the present invention for achieving the above object is composed of a ring-shaped float floating on the water surface, and a cylindrical shape having an upper and lower portion open to partition the water in the inside and the outside and the upper portion of the float. It is a basic technical idea of the present invention to be composed of a partition sheet bonded to the lower portion of the joint and extended to a predetermined depth in the water, and the support pipe is supported by the support rope in the lower portion of the partition sheet.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the ring-shaped float 10 floating on the water surface, and the upper and lower part is made of an open cylindrical shape to divide the water in the water inside and out and Is composed of a partition sheet 20 which is bonded to the float 10 and a lower portion thereof extends to a predetermined depth in water, and a spray pipe 30 supported by a support rope 32 in the middle of the lower portion of the partition sheet 20. It is to implement the basic technical idea of the present invention in that it has elements.
Here, the float 10 collectively refers to a structure that can float on water including an air tube. In this embodiment, the air tube is used to charge air through the air inlet 11 to float to the surface. These air tubes are able to reduce the volume by completely releasing the air when moving. Air tube can be made of flexible materials such as rubber, vinyl, and synthetic resin.
The partition sheet 20 partitions the water from the water and the water to be treated and is made of a waterproof fabric or a synthetic resin vinyl paper. The sheet 20 suspends the weight of the weight 21 in the form of a net weight at the lower end, as shown in Figure 2 so that it can be stretched tightly without moving along the water in the water to maintain its shape at all times. In addition, the lower portion of the partition sheet 20 may be provided in the form of a cross with a wire rope 22 or the like to maintain the shape.
The injection pipe 30 is installed in the lower portion of the partition sheet 20 and serves to float the floating substances existing in the partition sheet 20 onto the water surface by spraying the pressurized water upward. As shown in Figure 3, the injection nozzles 31 are formed at regular intervals in the upper direction thereof, but are inclined forward by 45 °. This causes the flow of water to rise upward as the pressurized water is injected through the injection nozzles 31.
On the other hand, as shown in Figures 2 and 4, the lower portion is attached to the outer surface of the injection pipe 30, the upper portion is supported by the support rope 32, the upper portion of the narrow conical guide cylinder portion 40 is narrow To install it. As such, the guide tube portion 40 serves to guide the flow of the floating water and the treated water to flow smoothly. That is, the guide cylinder portion 40 guides the floating water floating at the pressure of the pressurized water ejected from the injection pipe 30 to flow upwards well, and the water rising upward is treated and spread again in the circumferential direction to the lower portion. It is to guide the flow.
As the present invention is configured as described above, as shown in Figure 4, it shows that the waste water is purified by installing in the water system. Air is injected into the air inlet 11 to inflate the float 10 and float on the water surface. At this time, the partition sheet 20, the injection pipe 30 and the guide tube portion 40 is also expanded so as not to be tangled to be installed in the water. And the center of the float 10 is installed a scraper 50 to remove the floating substances in the water, the lower portion of the injection pipe 30 is connected to the pressurized water production device 60 by the pressurized water supply hose 61.
The present invention installed as described above is pressurized by the pressurized water from the pressurized water production apparatus 60 to the injection pipe 30 through the pressurized water supply hose 61, the pressurized water is injected to the upper through the injection nozzles 31 and fine Form bubbles. At this time, the flow of water in the partition sheet 20 rises upward while rotating by the pressurized water injection force. Therefore, the suspended solids present in the water in the partition sheet 20 are entangled with fine bubbles generated in the pressurized water and float on the water surface. Floating substances floated on the water surface are removed by the scraper 50. At this time, in order to smoothly remove the suspended solids may be provided with a suspended material removal broo (66). Removed suspended solids can be recycled or disposed of as compost.
In the drawings, reference numeral 61 denotes a pressurized water supply hose, 62 a raw water injection pipe, 63 an air compressor, 64 a pressurized pump, and 65 a chemical inlet.
As described above, the mobile floatation tank for water purification according to the present invention includes a float 10 floating on the water surface, a cylindrical partition sheet 20 bonded to the lower portion thereof, and a spray pipe 30 installed in the lower portion of the partition sheet 20. ) By installing the scraper 50 and the pressurized water production apparatus when installed in the water system for water purification, it can not only significantly reduce the overall facility cost but also easy to move to other places.
