Abstract
본 고안은 레피아 직기의 그리퍼헤드 작동거리조절장치에 관한 것으로, 그리퍼헤드(6)를 작동시키는 작동레버(2)와 크랭크판(1')을 커넥팅로-드(1)로 연결되게하여 작동레버(2)가 시이소 운동하도록 하는 그리퍼헤드(6) 작동구동장치에 있어서, 커넥팅로-드(1)가 연결되는 연결부(401) 일측을 절개하여 절개홈(402)이 형성되도록 하고 상기 절개홈(402)에는 커넥팅로-드(1)의 상부 연결구(3)에 연결되는 이동구(4)를 끼워 너트(4a)로 이동 가능케 고정시키되, 이동구(4)의 중앙부에 나사공(4')을 관통 형성하고 절개홈(402) 상면에는 고정판(5)을 부착하여 이동구(4)의 나사공(4')에 조절보울트(5')가 나사결합하도록 함으로서 이동구(4)의 고정위치를 미세하게 조정하고 이로인해 그리퍼헤드(6)의 작동을 정밀하게 조정할수 있게하여 정확한 그리퍼작동을 통해 생산성을 높이고 오동작을 방지하여 고장발생 및 파손 등을 예방케 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a gripper head operating distance adjusting device of a repia loom, and an operating lever (2) for operating the gripper head (6) and a crank plate (1 ') to be connected by a connecting rod-rod (1).
