Abstract
본 고안은 주로 불고기집에서 사용되는 재래식 주물 가스버너의 벤튜리관 선단에 가스분사 노즐이 돌출된 가스밸브를 체결하는 가스버너의 밸브체결구에 관한 것으로 버너헤드 하측에 수개의 받침간을 형성하고 그 버너헤드와 접속되는 벤튜리관 선단하측에 받침돌기를 형성하여 상기 버너헤드 받침간과 수평이 유지되게하므로서, 실수로 벤튜리관 선단이 눌려져도 버너헤드가 기울어지거나, 또는 그 위에 놓여있는 남비나 솥이 넘어지거나하는 일이 발생하지 아니하도록 하였는바, 지금까지 그 벤튜리관에 형성된 받침돌기는 벤튜리관을 주물로 형성할 때 동시에 그 받침돌기도 형성하여야하는 문제점이 있었으나, 본 고안은 가스분배통과 체결구를 연결하는 연결간 하측에 일정 높이의 돌기부를 형성하여, 그 돌기부가 벤튜리관 선단을 받쳐주게 하므로서, 벤튜리관 선단에 직접 별도의 받침간을 형성하지 않아도되므로, 벤튜리관의 주물 형성이 한층 용이할 뿐 아니라 이로인한 양질의 품질을 얻을 수 있는 유용한 고안이다.The present invention relates to a valve fastening port of a gas burner which connects a gas valve with a gas injection nozzle to the tip of a venturi tube of a conventional casting gas burner mainly used in a bulgogi house.
