Abstract
본 고안은 니켈성분이 함유되지 않고 경량이며, 고강력인 두랄루민 또는 마그네슘합금을 다이케스팅 주조로 안경테를 성형하므로서 안경태의 중간연결부와 양측단부에 다리를 접속하는 힌지부를 단일체로 절곡 형성할 수가 있어서 안경테의 제작에 있어 가장 번거럽고 까다로운 용접공정을 일체 생략할 수가 있다. 따라서 안경테의 매끈한 표면처리와 안구부분의 다양한 곡면처리가 가능하고, 또한 두께를 자유롭게 디자인할 수가 있어서 고부가 제품을 생산할 수가 있게된 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.The present invention does not contain nickel, and it is lightweight and high strength duralumin or magnesium alloy is molded into the frame by die casting casting, so that the hinge portion connecting the legs to the intermediate connection part and both ends of the eyeglass frame can be formed into a single body. Description
본 고안은 금속재질의 안경테에 관한 것이다. 종래의 금속제 안경테는 주로 니켈합금이나 티타늄 또는 알루미늄등의 판재를 사용하여 프래스공법으로 성형하였었다. 따라서 안경테가 획일적인 두께로만 제작이 가능하였으며, 또한 안구부분의 곡선처리가 불가능하여 평면곡선으로만 되어서 고품질의 패셔너블한 제품의 생산이 어려웠다. 특히 니켈합금의 경우에는 안경테의 중간연결부나 다리를 접속하는 힌지부를 필히 용접으로 접합하였기 때문에 용접공정이 매우 복잡하고 까다로웠으며, 용접부분의 연마 및 표면처리등의 후처리 공정이 많아서 생산성이 저하되고, 또한 니켈성분이 피부알레르기 유발성 제품으로 인식되어 선진국에서는 거의 사용하지않고 있는 실정이다. 그리고 알루미늄은 재질상 용접처리를 할 수가 없어서 일일이 수작업에 의한 조립식으로 생산해야 하므로서 생산성의 저하는 물론이고, 티타늄의경우에도 티타늄 자체가 타금곡과 융합이 불안정하여 열을 가하였을 때 표면에 산화티타늄피막이 형성되기 때문에 용접불량이 빈발하여서 용접공정이 거의 70%를 차지하는 안경테 제조의 특성을 고려할 때 치명적인 결점이 되였다.The present invention relates to a metallic frame.
