Abstract
본 고안은 후지(厚紙)로 된 빙수포장용 상자에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 빙수가 담겨진 그릇을 보온포장할 수 있으며 접착 수단없이 간단히 접어서 만드는 절첩식 빙수포장용 상자에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a box for shaved ice packaging made of Fuji, and more particularly, to a folded ice pack packaging box that can be insulated packaging of iced water and simply folded without adhesive means.
종래에는 스치로폼 그릇에 담은 용기가 있었으나 이중 포장이 아니어서 방온의 효과가 떨어지며 휴대하기에 불편한 점이 있었다. 또한 평판 상태로 제조하여 보관하였다가 사용시 절첩하는 절첩식 상자가 나오기는 하였으나 소요되는 면적이 크고 접는 회수가 많아 원단이 많이 들며 절첩 작업이 불편한 문제점이 있었다. 본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로 원단 면적을 감소하고 절첩회수도 최소화하여 적은 원단으로 간단히 접어 빙수그릇을 포장하는데 본 고안의 특징이 있다. 또한 본 고안은 보온성이 뛰어나 빙수를 그릇에 넣어 본 고안의 절첩식 포장에 담았을 때 1시간 이상 빙수의 얼음이 유지되므로 야외에까지 가져가 빙수를 즐길 수 있다Conventionally, there was a container in a styrofoam bowl, but the double packaging is not effective in reducing the effect of room temperature and was inconvenient to carry. 본 발명을 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 빙수그릇을 포장하기 위한 상자를 후지로 접어서 만드는 것으로서 펼쳐진 빙수상자 제조용 후지에서 상자의 저판(1)에 해당하는 부분의 주위에 절곡선을 경계로 전후좌우측판(6,11,4,2)이 있고 우측판(2)에는 전후에 날개가 있으며, 그 우측에 인접하는 상판(3)은 전, 후, 우측에 날개가 있다. 좌측판(4)에는 뚜껑을 열기 위한 구멍(5)이 반원형으로 형성되어 있으며 그 전후에 날개가 있다. 전측판(6)에는 전방으로 전측 절곡부(7)와 폭이 약간 좁은 전측 내부측판(8) 그리고 좌우에 날개가 있는 전측 빙수그릇고정판(9)의 절반이 절곡선을 경계로 연이어 있으며, 후측판(11)는 후방으로 후측 절곡부(12)와 후측 내부측판(13) 그리고 좌우에 날개가 있는 후측 빙수그릇고정판(14)의 절반이 절곡선을 경계로 연이어 있고 상기 전측 및 후측 빙수그릇고정판들(9,14)에는 빙수그릇고정홈이 절반씩 형성되어 전, 후측 빙수그릇고정홈(10,15)에 의하여 빙수그릇이 고정되게 된다.The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 본 고안은 보온성이 뛰어나 빙수를 그릇에 넣어 본 고안의 절첩식 후지포장에 담았을 때 1시간 이상 빙수의 얼음이 유지되므로 야외에서도 빙수를 즐길 수 있고, 또한 체적에 있어서 종래의 절첩식 상자의 경우는 본 고안의 상자와 같은 크기의 빙수포장상자이나 포장지의 실면적이 2347cm2이고 상자를 재단하는데 소요되는 포장지의 원단면적은 3942cm2(540×730)을 차지하며 포장상자로 조립하기 위하여는 5회를 접어야 하는데 비하여, 본 고안의 경우는 포장지의 실면적이 1614cm2이고 이를 재단하기 위하여 소요되는 원단면적은 3016cm2(520×580)를차지하며, 포장상자로 조립하기 위하여는 3회를 접어서 상자가 완성되므로 포장시 원가면에서나 작업하는데 드는 시간이나 노력면에서 종래의 기술보다 상당한 진보를 이룩한 것이다.The present invention is excellent in heat retention, and the ice of iced water is kept for more than 1 hour when the iced water is put in a bowl and placed in the folded Fuji packaging of the present invention.
