Abstract
본 고안은 닥트 씸(SEAM) 성형장치에 관한것으로 지하철, 지하도, 고층건물 등의 환기시설에 사용되는 닥트를 형상에 따라 절곡하는 작업이 연속적으로 동시에 이루어지고 또한 절곡면이 일정하여 그 외관이 미려하여 품질을 크게 향상시킬수 있을뿐 아니라 대량생산이 가능하여 작업능률을 크게 높일수있게 한것으로 종래의 절곡부분을 나누어 성형기에서 순차적으로 절곡하는 방법으로는 품질이 저하되고 작업이 수동이라 작업공정이 많아 대량생산을 할수없는 문제가 있었다.The present invention relates to a duct shaping apparatus, and the bending work according to the shape of the duct used in the ventilation facilities of subways, underpasses, and high-rise buildings is carried out at the same time continuously, and the bent surface is constant so that the appearance is beautiful. 종래의 성형장치에서 만들어진 닥트는 제10도에서 도시된 바와같은 형상을 이루고 있으며 이와같은 닥트의 성형작업은 형상에 따라 절곡부분 마다 각각의 성형기에서 순차적으로 절곡하여 성형하고 있으므로 인해 작업의 번거로움이 많고 또한 이로인해 제품마다 절곡부가 일정치 못하므로 품질이 크게 저하되고 외관상 미려하지 못할뿐 아니라 기게의 작동방법이 수동이고 작업공정이 많아 대량생산을 할수 없는 문제점이 있었다.The duct made in the conventional molding apparatus has a shape as shown in FIG. 10, and the molding work of such a duct is cumbersome because it is formed by bending each molding machine sequentially in each bending part according to the shape.
