This design makes it easy to install concrete panels so that the pipe pipe grooves on the upper surface are interconnected, and inserts the synthetic pipe into the pipe grooves, fixes them with elastic pins, and fills the resin pipes with the heat storage material so that they are easy to install. It relates to a receiving panel.
Up to now, the hot water panel has not been easy to assemble the pipe pipe grooves formed on the upper surface when multiple panels are installed, and it is very difficult to pipe the elastic resin pipe to the pipe grooves of the assembled panel to be fixed. It was difficult.
In the present invention, in order to improve such problems, both sides of the concrete panel in which the pipe piping grooves are formed on the upper surface are formed in an a-type or b-type multi-layer which are opposite to each other, and a nail head may be inserted in the front and rear middle portions of the panel. When the concrete panel is installed by penetrating the nail insertion hole in the center of the panel, the front and rear ends are connected in a straight line by using the a-type or b-type multi-stage layers that are opposite to each other, and the front and the rear part are semi-circular pipe piping grooves formed on the upper surface As the pipe pipe grooves are interconnected to each other, it is simply fixed by nailing the nail insertion hole penetrated into the concave end of the middle part of the front and rear ends, and the synthetic resin pipe is inserted into the interconnected pipe pipe grooves and fixed with elastic pins. After filling the piping grooves horizontally as heat storage material, When the synthetic resin pipe is buried in detail according to the drawings as follows.
In the concrete panels 10 and 10a in which two rows or semi-circular pipe piping grooves 13 and 13a are formed parallel to the upper surface, respectively, the two sides are formed of a-type and b-type multi-layered layers 11 and 12 that are opposite to each other. In the middle of the front and rear end of the panel, the nail head can be inserted into the inlet end 14 and the nail insertion hole 15 in the center thereof, and the synthetic pipe 1 is inserted into the pipe piping grooves 13 and 13a. When piping, it is fixed by the elastic pin (2) and filled with the heat storage material (3) so as to be parallel to the upper surface of the panel.
And by laminating the urethane foam layer (4) on the bottom of the concrete panel, it is possible to obtain a heat insulation effect at the bottom and a heat radiation effect at the top.
The present invention having such a structure uses a-type or b-type multistage layers 11 and 12 formed to have opposite sides on the concrete panel 10 having two rows of pipe piping grooves 13 parallel to the upper surface.
