본 고안은 섬유코팅기에 관한 것으로서, 다단격설되는 열풍노즐(2)에 배기덕터(3)가 설치된 건조부(1)와 그 일측의 코팅부(4)(5)로 구성되는 섬유코팅기에 있어서, 섬유코팅기 양측에 설치된 기존의 원단공급(6)와 감설기(8) 각각의 외측에 또 다른 원단공급기(7)와 감설기(8)를 설치하여 한 대의 섬유코팅기로 두가지 이상 종류의 섬유(10)(11)를 동시에 코팅할 수 있게 하므로서 원가하락과 에너지 및 인력절감을 도모케 함과 동시에 섬유코팅기 설치에 대한 설치공간 활용도를 높일수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fiber coating machine, in the fiber coating machine consisting of a drying unit (1) having an exhaust duct (3) installed in a multi-stage hot air nozzle (2) and a coating (4) (5) of one side thereof, Two or more kinds of fibers (10) are installed with one textile coater by installing another fabric feeder (7) and a reducer (8) on the outside of the existing fabric feeder (6) and the reducer (8) installed on both sides of the fiber coater (10). 본 고안은 크게 코팅부와 건조부로 구성되는 섬유코팅기에 관한 것으로서 이를 좀더 구체적으로 설명하자면 섬유코팅기 양측에 설치되어 있는 원단공급기와 감설기 외측 각각에 또 다른 원단공급기와 감설기를 설치하여 한 대의 섬유코팅기로 두가지 이상 종류의 섬유를 동시에 코팅 할 수 있게 하므로서 원가하락과 에너지 및 인력절감을 도모테 함과 동시에 섬유코팅기 설치에 대한 설치공간 활용도를 높일수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention is largely related to a fiber coating machine consisting of a coating part and a drying part.
