Abstract
In aquaculture farms, various drum filters have been used for the treatment of water and sewage for a long time, but they have problems such as treatment method, treatment capacity, and optimization of use. On the other hand, the problem of wastewater treatment in onshore fish farms is a matter of much controversy.
The present invention is a drum filter device for manure of the suspended solids improved structure to replace the sedimentation tank of water and sewage, including the treatment of influent, effluent, floating material of the fish farm. Existing drum filter cleaning process removes the sludge attached to the filter using water, which causes the sludge not to be separated well, which greatly causes the performance of the filter.
In this design, the sludge adhered to the surface of the filter is removed by paralleling the water and air, and the parallel between the water and the air is a proper amount of water and air depending on the wastewater capacity in the drum filter by using a programmable PLC. The filter was discharged from the discharge nozzle to the sludge attached to the filter at a time interval and to enable effective cleaning of the filter. In particular, it is suitable for the on-site fish tanks of land tanks in Korea, and synthetic resins or other anticorrosive which are not corrosive were used to prevent secondary pollution due to corrosion.
Description
The present invention relates to a drum filter device that can remove various suspended matters generated in aquaculture in place of the sedimentation tank during the treatment of influent, effluent and circulating water of fish farms.
Many types of drum filters have been used for the treatment of water and sewage for a long time, but they have problems such as treatment method, treatment capacity, and optimization of use. On the one hand, the problem of wastewater treatment in onshore fish farms is a matter of much controversy. For example, in most foreign countries, various drum filters have been developed and used as a water treatment device for freshwater fish farming facilities, and stainless steel is used due to the development of the material industry, which is advantageous in terms of corrosion. However, when used in Korea, it may cause a lot of problems due to corrosion by salt, and because the filter is washed using only water, when a large amount of sludge is stuck to the filter, it is difficult to separate the filter function is lost. In addition, the longer the use time due to the friction of the rotating part and the fixed part of the drum, the more likely to leak, the filter function is lost because the sludge is not properly removed, rather the contamination of the sludge accumulated in the filter Acceleration and propagation of germs were inevitable.
In Korean Utility Model Publication 95-8304, a rotary filter, a cylindrical water tank, and a filter layer are continuously installed to filter debris. This design uses a rotary filter that rotates at a relatively high speed so that when suspended matter is caught by the centrifugal force, it is sprayed with an air nozzle from the top to separate and remove the residue. In this case, the effect of removing the suspended matter to some extent is acceptable, but when the filter is rotated at a high speed, the soft gel residues are broken more finely by the impact and thus pass through the filter layer. Therefore, it is necessary to filter by installing a separate filter layer, after all, there is a problem that the rotary filter is hardly separated and removed except for a relatively solid one. Furthermore, since the motor is installed in the lower part, damage occurs due to a short circuit of the motor which is supplied with power when a leak occurs, and there is a considerable difficulty in maintenance.
The present invention is to construct a drum filter by installing a nozzle that can be sprayed by arbitrarily adjusting the water and air on the outside of the filter, and the sludge feed collection device is installed in the visible position facing the nozzle to use the water and air at the same time The sludge accumulated in the was removed.
The filter cleaning by the nozzles of water and air was sprayed according to the ratio of water and air in the tank according to the constant set program to enable the filter cleaning. And unlike the existing products, the semi-closed drum is used to eliminate the leakage phenomenon, and the material used is also made of high corrosion-resistant materials such as synthetic resin to minimize secondary pollution.

The present invention installs the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12 in the closed water treatment tank 20 in the form of a tank to filter the suspended solids or semi-solid dirt by passing the wastewater through the filter device. A drum filter device, wherein a filter portion in the form of a porous thin plate is attached to a front surface of a circumferential surface of a drum 1 of a non-corrosive material, which is assembled in a cylindrical shape by a frame, and the drum is disposed laterally in a water treatment tank. In the rotary drum filter device composed of a separate collection tank by disposing a semi-spherical sludge conveying path open in the drum in the lateral direction and installing a sludge discharge conduit at one end thereof, the center of the water inlet side (1a) of the drum A drum is directly supported by the inflow passage 1b on one side 21 of the water treatment tank 20 by integrating the inflow passage 1b formed therein with the water inlet conduit 11a. Inlet side (1a Water discharge part side surface 1c opposite to) is closed but supported by the discharge side surface 22 of the water treatment tank 20 by a separate support shaft 1d. The open hemispherical sludge conveying path 4 is disposed in the transverse direction so that a sludge discharge conduit 4a is installed at one end thereof to be collected by a separate collection tank, but the upper open portion of the sludge collecting conveying path 4 is drum It is arranged to face the injection nozzle (3) to the filter unit 2 of the, the drum (1) is arranged in the upper part of the sludge conveying path 4 is higher than the water surface of the influent.
In the present invention, the injection nozzle 3 is a polyhedral structure in which the water supply pipe 3a is disposed on the upper side, and the air supply pipe 3c is disposed on the other side with the stepped portion 3b as the boundary, and the nozzle 3e is provided on the lower side 3d. ) Elongated in the lateral direction to blow out the supplied air or water at high pressure. The air and water supply of the injection nozzle is turned on by using a separate controller (6). It is controlled by turning off, and the control operation turns on the valve to the air supply pipe and the water supply pipe by a sensor sensed according to the amount of water in the water treatment tank 20. Off. In addition to general microcomputers, general-purpose PLCs can be used, and they can be variously selected according to the type of site, and can be directly attached to the water treatment tank, but if possible, separate them from water treatment tanks in separate dry and constant temperature places. It is most desirable to install. In the present invention, the rotational speed of the drum is slowly rotated to the extent that the suspended matter is not dispersed and the setting of the speed can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the situation of the site.
The frame (F) of the drum (1) in the present invention is made of a corrosion-resistant synthetic resin or stainless steel, and the filter portion (2) is also made of a porous plastic sheet or other non-metallic corrosion-resistant material with high corrosion resistance. The drum 1 is entirely supported by an idle roller 30 disposed inside the water treatment tank 1, and the power of the drive motor 7 is supported by a power transmission means 8 such as a chain, belt or gear. It is transmitted to the shaft (1d), the support shaft (1d) and the inlet (1b) is supported on both sides of the water treatment tank by friction reducing means such as a bearing is configured so that the entire drum is rotatable during the transmission of the drive motor power. .
The operational relationship according to the above structural features will be described.
Water generated in the farm is introduced into the water treatment tank 1 through the water inlet 11 through a separate pump. Since the water inlet 11 and the inflow path 1b are integrated, the inflowing water enters the inside of the drum and proceeds downward by its own weight. At this time, since the drum is slowly rotated at a constant speed by receiving the power of the driving motor 7, the sludge that is deposited while the falling water passes through the filter unit 2 also rises together. When the filter part is disposed between the sludge feed path 4 and the injection nozzle 3, the filter part is separated from the filter part by the impact force of water or air injected from the nozzle toward the filter part and falls into the sludge feed path. The sludge dropped is collected and discharged separately to the sludge discharge conduit (4a) along the sludge conveying path is processed separately.
As described above, the device according to the present invention is installed in a narrow place in place of the sedimentation tank which should be installed on a large scale in the conventional circulating freshwater fish farming facility, so that it can effectively remove the floating water in the water. It is.
In addition, since water and air are used simultaneously, the filtration efficiency of the sludge can be maximized by at least several times or several tens of times by maximizing the filter separation effect of the sludge unlike simply using water. The problem is minimized.
