Abstract
본 고안은 과부하 등에 의한 에어콘 시스템의 페일(fail)을 방지함과 동시에 에어콘 시스템의 파손방지 및 보호기능을 확보할 수 있도록 한 차량 에어콘 콤프레서 클러치 슬립 감지장치에 관한 것으로, 양측으로 투스드휠(1)이 장착되며, 일측으로는 풀리(2)가 장착된 차량 에어콘 콤프레서(3)에 있어서, 상기 콤프레서(3)의 양측단에 제어기(4)와 연결되어 콤프레서(3)의 풀리(2)와 샤프트의 회전수를 각각 감지하는 자기센서(5)를 설치하여, 규정치 이상의 회전수 차이가 발생하면 제어기(4)가 이를 감지하여 에어콘을 '오프' 시키도록 구성한 것이다.The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner compressor clutch slip detection device capable of preventing the air conditioner system from failing due to overload, and at the same time, preventing damage to the air conditioner system and securing a protection function.
