Claims (3)
- 복수의 구성판을 포함하는 복수의 판을 적층하여 구성되는 열교환기에 외부관로와 연결될 니플을 결합하는 구조에 있어서, 상기 적층된 복수의 판중 최외측판(T)에 형성된 관통구멍(H) 주위에 외측으로 돌출하는 플랜지(1)를 형성하고, 상기 니플(N)의 내주에 상기 플랜지(1)에 맞물리는 결합턱(2)을 형성하며, 상기 니플(N)의 결합턱(2)을 상기 최외측판(T)의 플랜지(1)에 맞물린 상태로 상기 니플(N)의 외주에 접합링(R)을 결합하여, 상기 접합링(R)을 가열용융시킴으로써 상기 니플(N)의 하단을 상기 최외측판(T)에 접합하며, 상기 최외측판(T)의 플랜지(1) 외주에 상기 니플(N)의 외경보다 큰 내경을 가지는 돌출랜드(3)를 고리형으로 형성하여, 상기 접합링(R) 용융시의 퍼짐을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 니플 결합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기가 복수의 구성판(U)의 적층으로 구성되어, 상기 최외측판이 최외측의 구성판(U)이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 니플 결합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 구성판(U)의 적어도 어느 일측에 이들을 보강하는 외판(T )이 구비되어 , 상기 외판(T)이 상기 최외측판이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 니플 결합구조.
