본 고안은 자동차의 도어트림에 설치되는 아암레스트 구성에 관한 것으로, 특히 트림에 회동가능하게 현지고정되는 상판의 끼움돌기를 트림에 회동가능하게 설치된 받침대의 안내장공에 끼워 줌으로써 미사용시에는 상판이 수직으로 절첩될 수 있게 하므로써 실내공간의 고정적인 점유를 방지하므로써 승객의 활동에 지장을 주지 않토록 한 것이다. 기존의 도어트림에 설치되는 아암레스트는 고정된 형상을 갖는 사출물로써 사용시나 미사용시나 똑같은 체적의 실내의 공간을 점유하게 되는 것이어서 승객의 활동에 지장을 주는 폐단이 있는 것이며, 단일체로 구성되는 관계로 일부분의 파손에도 전체를 교체해야 하는 것이어서 A/S 작업의 번거로움과 비경제적인 문제점을 노출시켰던 것이다. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 구성에서 기인되는 제반 문제점을 해결, 보완하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 아암레스트를 구성함에 있어 상판, 받침대, 브라켓 등 다수개의 부품으로 분리구성시켜 절첩가능하게 하므로써 필요한 때만 아암레스트를 설치시키고 미사용시에는 돌출되지 않게 절첩시켜 줌으로써 실내의 공간확보에 용이성을 기할 수 있음과 동시에 부분 손상시 해당 부품만 손쉽게 교체 수리할 수 있게 되므로 수리작업의 신속용이성과 경제성을 기할 수 있게 한 것으로 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 고안의 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도어트림(T)에 고정설치되는 상측 힌지브라켓(B)에 끼움핀(3)을 통해 회동 가게 설치되며 전면 양단에 걸림핀(20)을 일체로 구비시킨 상판(1)과; 상기 도어트림(T)에 고정되는 하측 힌지브라젯(B')에 하단이 회동가능하게 고정되며, 상기 걸림핀(2)이 끼워지기 위한 것으로 상단에 걸림턱(5')을 둔 ㄱ 자형 안내장흠(5)을 갖는 한쌍의 받침대(4)를 결합 구성하여서 된 것이다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 고안은 제2도에서와 같이 설치 사용되는 것이며 이때 걸림핀(2)은 안내장홈(5)의 걸림턱(5')에 걸려 있으며 받침대(4)의 무게가 반시계방향으로 작용하고 있게 되므로 상판(1)은 무단으로 접혀지지 않고 받쳐져 펼친 상태로 있게 된다. 이와 같은 상태에서 아암레스트를 사용하지 않을 때는 받침대(4)를 안으로 밀어 걸림핀(2)이 걸림턱(5')에서 빠지게 함과 동시에 손을 놓으면 상판(1)의 자중에 의해 걸림핀(2)이 안내장흠(5)을 타고 내려오게 되며 상판(1)과 받침대 (4)는 안으로 가상선과 같이 접혀지게 된다. 반대로 접혀진 상판(1)을 펼 때는 역으로 상판(1)을 시계방향으로 잡아당겨 상측 힌지브라켓(B)을 중심으로 회동시키면 걸림핀(2)의 회전반경에 의해 받침대(4)가 자연히 전면으로 회동되고 걸림핀(2)은 걸림턱(5')에 걸려져 받쳐지게 된다. 이상과 같은 본 고안은 아암레스트를 설치시키고 미사용시에는 돌출되지 않게 절정시켜 줌으로써 실내의 공간확보에 용이성을 기할 수 있음과 동시에 부분 손상시 해당 부품만 손쉽게 교체 수리할 수 있게 되므로 수리작업의 신속 용이성과 경제성을 기할 수 있는 유용한 고안이다.The present invention relates to the construction of an armrest installed on the door trim of a vehicle.
