Abstract
본 고안은 음극선관의 내측에 장착되는 인너 실드(Inner shield)와 새도마스크 프레임을 상호 결합시에 접촉면에 형성되어 있는 흑화막이 손상되는 것을 방지하여 흑화막의 손상에 의한 내압저조현상을 방지하도록 한 것으로 인너 실드(Inner shield)(1)의 하부에 다수의 반구형 돌기(4)를 형성하여 상기 새도마스크 프레임(2)과의 접촉시에 반구형 돌기(4)부분만이 접촉되도록 하므로 인너 실드(Inner shield)(1)와 새도마스크 프레임(2)의 접촉면(3)(5)에 도포되어 있는 흑화막이 파손되는 것을 극소화시키므로 내압저조현상을 극소화시킬 수 있도록 고안한 것이다.The present invention prevents damage to the blackening film formed on the contact surface when the inner shield mounted on the inner side of the cathode ray tube and the shadow mask frame are mutually prevented to prevent the low pressure resistance phenomenon caused by the blackening film damage.
