본 고안은 혼합수전용 분사구에 관한 것으로 혼합수전에 급수관을 결합하여 설치하는 분사구에 있어서 급수관과 분사구를 합성수지재로 사출성형하여 조립식으로 구성하되 급수관은 후단의 연결부에 금속관을 일체로 매립성형하여 급수관의 결합부를 보강하며, 분사구는 살수노즐쪽으로 나오는 급수통로 바로 밑에 급수분배판을 2단으로 끼워 급수압을 살수노즐에 고루 닿게 하므로서 보다 많은 살수공에서 넓은 범위로 고루 살수되게 한 것이다. 종래의 혼합수전용분사구는 금속파이프의 급수관 끝에 합성수지재의 분사구를 결합하거나 주물로 성형하였고, 또 분사구는 살수공으로 급수되는 물의 수압이 균일하지 못하기 때문에 한쪽으로 쏠리는 불균형의 물줄기가 되므로 살수공의 숫자를 줄여서 수압을 팽창하게 하여 사용한 바, 물줄기는 압을 받아 고루 나오지만 물줄기가 심하게 튀어서 사용이 불편하였다. 그 결과 급수관이 금속파이프로 된 경우는 외관이 단조롭고 빈약하며, 또 주물인 경우는 생산 원가가 비싸다는 문제점이 있고, 또 분사구의 살수공으로는 물줄기가 튀어서 사용이 불편한 결함이 있으므로 본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 검토한 바, 혼합수전에 연결되는 급수관의 연결부는 상향으로 형성되고 살수노즐은 하향으로 형성되는 구조적 특성으로 인하여 단일사출물로는 성형이 불가능함을 알고 급수관과 분사구를 분리하여 사출성형한 다음 조립하는 구조로 구성하려는 것이나, 이 때에도 혼합수전에 결합되는 합성수지재의 급수관 연결부가 연약하여 실용성이 없으므로, 본 고안에서는 급수관의 연결부에 금속관을 일체로 매립사출성형하여 급수관의 연결부를 보강하고, 또 분사구에는 급수분배판을 2단으로 끼워 많은 개수의 살수공에서 넓은 범위에 고루 물이 살수되게 하여 본 고안을 실현하였는 바 이를 첨부 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to a spraying port for mixing water.
