본 고안은 평형상의 에어필터 체결구조에 있어 엘리먼트 케이스 내에 별도의 조립된 필터체 제품을 따로 내장한 후, 케이스 자체를 밀봉시켜 차체 내부에 장착하여 사용토록 되어져 왔었던 것을 절곡되어진 상태의 순수한 필터 자체만을 갈아끼워 사용할수 있도록 하므로서 기존 필터 생산공정을 완전히 배제하여 새로운 에어필터 이용 및 사용구도를 바꾸어 보고자 안출된 것으로서 구조 및 사용방법을 간단히 설명하면, 종래의 에어필터체를 내부에 장착하여 사용되어온바 있었던 합성수지로 형성된 엘리먼트 케이스에 있어 케이스 자체 내부에 필터지만을 끼워 넣고 간단하게 사용할 수 있도록 돌출간(2)(2')과 결합요홈(6)(6')을 도시된바와 같은 모양으로 하단부 케이스(1)와 상단부 케이스(5)의 내측이면에 각각 내설하도록 된것에 공지의 필터지를 먼저 결합요홈(6)(6')이 형성되어진 하단부 케이스에 끼워 넣은후 상단부 케이스(1)를 봉합, 결착체결하여 사용할 수 있도록된 에어필터에 관한 것이다. 사출 성형만으로 이루어진 본고안 제품에 있어 상기된 바와같은 하단부 케이스(1)와 상단부 케이스(5)와의 결합된 상태에 이르기전 먼저 공기 유입에 따르는 압력에 견뎌낼 수 있도록 구성된 필터보호망(4)을 하단부 케이스(1)에 내설된 고정편(3)의 면부에 내착, 고정 되도록 하고 필터(8)를 양측면부 주변에 일렬로 돌설되어져 있는 돌출간(2)(2')에 끼워 넣은후, 상단부 케이스(5)의 결합요홈(6)(6')과 결합, 봉합된 것을 체결편(7)(7')에 의해 단단히 고정시켜 완성되게 한다. 이와같이 완성된 에어필터 케이스를 오랜 시간 사용하여 필터교체를 필요로할 경우 케이스를 해체 이탈 시킨후 필터지만을 갈아끼워 재결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 된 반 영구적인 제품이 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 폐자재 발생이 거의 없게 되므로서 깨끗한 환경을 조성할 수 있는 계기를 만들어 줄 수 있는 제품이 되는 것이다.The present invention, in the balanced air filter fastening structure, separately assembled the filter body product in the element case, and then sealed the case itself and installed in the vehicle body, the pure filter itself in a bent state It is designed to change the use and use of new air filter by completely eliminating the existing filter production process by changing the bay to be used.
