종래의 브러시레스 드럼모터에 있어서 로터 조립방법을 보면 제1도에서와 같이 상, 하부드럼(101),(102)에 콘넥터(3)를 가진 인쇄회로기판(2)을 설치하고 상기 드럼들의 축(1)에는 코어 스테이터(4)와 부시(701)를 설치하며, 이 부시(701)에 마그네트(6)를 설치한 로터(5)를 상기 부시(701)에 조립함에 있어서, 이들을 스크류(702)로써 체결하여 조립하도록 구성되어 있었는 바, 이와 같은 종래의 것을 황동재질의 부시(701)에 나사 체결공을 형성하고 이에 스크류(702)를 체결함으로써 상기 부시(701)가 재질 특성상 강도가 약하여 그 수명이 짧게 되었으며, 또한, 상기 스크류(702)의 체결시 어느 한쪽을 먼저 체결 고정하고 다른 한쪽을 체결시켜야 함으로써 상기 체결시 상기 조립되는 로터가 미세하게 한쪽으로 치우치게 될 염려가 있었으며 이에 따라 진동이 발생되는 폐단이 있었고, 조립이 자동화를 도모할 수 없었기 때문에 조립공수가 많이 들게 되며 작업능률이 저하되는 점 등의 문제점이 있었다.In the conventional brushless drum motor, as shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper and lower drums 101 and 102 are provided with a printed circuit board 2 having connectors 3 and the shafts of the drums.
