Description

레이져프린터 재활용카트리지{Remanufactured catridge}Laser printer recycling cartridges {Remanufactured catridge}

The present invention is a cartridge of a laser printer and is composed of a photosensitive drum, a developing roller, and a cleaning means. This is a consumable product having an important function in the printing output process. It is a recycled cartridge that is patented for the processing of developing roller which protects the environment, saves foreign currency and greatly improves the performance of the product compared to the conventional product in terms of quality. After disassembly and cleaning, only the consumable parts, toner and drum, were replaced and sold on the market, but this was always accompanied by a problem of quality deterioration. Print by using developer roller The purpose is to improve the quality for the improving the quality of recycled products.

More specifically, in the case of the existing developing roller, once used, the surface is uneven and seriously affects the quality when it is recycled as it is. Therefore, the development of coating technology stabilizes the surface roughness and electrification layer. By increasing the quality of productivity and product performance, the production cost is low and the competitiveness of the product can be improved.

In the information age, the present invention is a laser printer, a copying machine, a cartridge such as a facsimile, which is composed of a photosensitive member, a developing roller (supply roller), and a cleaning means, and the photosensitive member includes a region charged on a drum scanned by a laser beam by an LSU. A potential image is formed, and the developing roller moves toner particles to the visible image on the drum surface, and turns it into a visible image, and the cleaning means removes some toner remaining on the drum surface after moving the visible image to paper. Among the components of the present invention, the developing roller processes the surface of the used developing roller by about 30 to 40 µm to form a surface coating of about 30 µm to 40 µm after the processing. It is characterized by the development roller (Patent No. 10-20-0015619) that was fixed by heat treatment at about 60 ~ 80 ℃ after coating treatment. The recycling laser cartridge equipped with such a developing roller exhibits much better product characteristics than the conventional recycling cartridge.

Existing recycling methods can replace parts that can be purchased in the market, but parts that are not available can only be used. This may be cheaper, but there is a problem in quality. In order to produce quality recycled products that are inferior to the original products in terms of quality and price, the purchase of recycled products has been reduced due to the lack of studies and experts. It is possible to produce products that are excellent in terms of quality.

The composition is composed of a photosensitive member, a developing roller (supply roller), and a cleaning means, and the photosensitive member is mounted on a drum to which a laser beam by the LSU is scanned. The charged area is formed into a latent image, and the developing roller converts the latent image on the drum surface into a visible image by toner particles, and the cleaning means moves some of the visible image on paper to fix the toner remaining on the drum surface. In particular, the developing roller receives the positively charged toner particles evenly distributed in the negatively charged state and moves them to the drum surface. The surface of the developing roller is roughened by toner particles and foreign matters. Scratches occur. Toner particles stick to this gap, and the charged layer It is formed unstable and becomes an uneven application and development resulting in an undesired output state. Therefore, the present invention processes the used development roller about 30 to 40 µm, and after processing, the surface coating is about 30 µm to 40 µm with a resin solution. A cartridge formed by mounting the above-described developing roller is a recycled laser printer cartridge, characterized by using a developing roller which forms a surface film and heat-fixes it at about 60 to 80 ° C. after the film treatment. Excellent performance in print quality or number of copies (see attachment)

The said resin liquid component is as follows.

Component of Resin Liquid]

Fig. 1.B is a roughened surface after use, which is in the form of irregularities of about 30 μm to 50 μm, in which toner particles are accumulated in the concave portion, and a large power or an amount of charge differs by about 20% or more, thereby causing toner particles. The output is a female phenomenon due to excessive transmission to the part and the drum, and the other part is a phenomenon in which the phenomenon is light or black streaks occur in the printed matter due to the decrease of the charged value.

Therefore, the surface of the roller is processed (Fig. 1A) to remove the accumulated toner particles, and the coating liquid is fixed on the processed surface after about 30 to 40 µm, so that the charging layer is uniform and uniformly charged. Normal output. In addition, the unused rollers can be improved in the surface properties of the rollers by the coating method described above, and the characteristics of the rollers on the toner are as follows.

Comparison of Rollers Coated with Resin Liquid and Conventional Rollers

As shown in Table 1 above, the processed rollers have more charge than conventional rollers, which means the sharpness of the image quality during printing. Also, the rollers are stable and stable even in finess, eveness, and darkness. Since the physical properties are superior to those of the existing rollers, this means that the disadvantages of the existing rollers are secured, and the printouts are increased and the number of prints is increased.
