Abstract
Description
본 발명은 폭이 작은 평철 생산에 적용되는 것으로pay-off reel에서 코일로 들어오거나, 샤링기 경유한 좁고 긴 철판은 소재 인입 콘베어를 통하여 들어온 소재를 입구 pinch roll에 의하여 녹 제거 line으로 이송되며 녹 제거 액이 분사되고, 이 녹 제거 액을 철판에 고루 분사시킨 상태에서 wire brush roll에 의하여, 연속적으로 철판에 마찰을 주는 구조로 되어 있는 표면 스케일 제거 수용 액 분무식 녹 제거 장치를 통과한 녹이나 스케일이 제거된 강제 스트립을 강 구조물과 일반적인 기계장치에 의하여 압하 력이 발생될 수 있는 압연 work roll을 통과하면서 일정 두께의 강재 스트립이 만들어진다. 이때 압연기의 두께 감소 한계 때문에 몇 단계의 압연기를 탄댐 방식으로 연속 작동하여 소정의 두께가 얻어지며 압연시 압하력의 증대 및 크라운 형상의 두께가 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 백업롤이 압연 work을 받혀준다. 두께 방향의 압연시에 일반적인 압연에서는 측면은 자유 상태로 하기 때문에 면이 일정하지 않아 평철로 사용하려면 기계 가공을 하여야 사용이 가능하였다. 그러나 본 발명에서는 일정한 치수가 되도록 측면 roller로 압연을 한 형태의 평철로 일반 수요처에서 사용하는 것이 전여 문제가 없이 사용 가능하게 한다. 이러한 압연기 통과한 평철은 녹 발생 방지를 위할 때는 coating work roll으로 이송된다. 여기에서 페인트 중간 저장 장치에서 페인트가 이송 roller를 통하고 또 중간 roll을 통한 페인트를 코팅work roll에 의하여 강판 코일 스트립이나, 좁고 긴 평철 bar에 페인트를 도포한다, 페인트 량은 중간 roll과 work roll 사이의 간격에 의하여 조정이 된다. oiling하기 위한 제품은 페인트 작업이 필요하지 않으므로 페인트 work roll 이 벌려져 있는 상태에서 oiling work roll로 바로 투입이 된다. 여기에서 페인트 대신 oil을 사용하여 페인트 도포와 같은 방법으로 도포하여 P.O 강판으로 만들어진다.The present invention is applied to the production of narrow flat iron, and the narrow and long steel sheet coming into the coil from the pay-off reel, or via the shearing machine is transferred to the rust removal line by the inlet pinch roll by the material entering through the material inlet conveyor.
