- 식품내 잔류하는 농약 성분의 추출에 있어서, 절단한 식품류에 순수를 가하여 세척하는 단계와, 세척된 식품류에 혼합 용매를 가하여 60초 내지 120초 동안 추출하는 단계와, 발광성 미생물을 이용하여 추출효율을 분석하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 박테리아를 이용한 식품의 독성 탐지용 잔류 농약 추출방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 수분함량과 부피가 작은 식품류의 농약성분은 순수로 세척하는 단계와 메탄올과 폴리에틸렌 글라이콜 혼합용매로 추출하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 박테리아를 이용한 식품의 독성 탐지용 잔류 농약 추출방법
- 수분 함량이 높은 식품류의 농약성분 추출에 있어서, 절단한 식품류를순수로 세척하는 단계와 메탄올과 폴리에틸렌 글라이콜이 혼합된 용매를 믹서에서 시료를 완전히 파쇄하는 단계와, 분쇄된 시료를 원심분리하여 상등액을 분리하는 단계와, 발광성 미생물을 이용하여 추출 효율을 분석하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 박테리아를 이용한 식품의 독성 탐지용 잔류 농약 추출방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합 용매는 20메탄올과 15폴리에틸렌 글라이콜을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 박테리아를 이용한 식품의 독성 탐지용 잔류 농약 추출방법
- 발광성 박테리아는 독성물질이 세포내 단백질을 손상시켰을 때 빛을 발하도록 유전적으로 재조합된 독성탐지용 박테리아 TV1061(ATCC 69315) 균주를 농약 추출물에 넣어 최대 SBL율을 비교하여 식품으로부터 추출된 잔류 농약 성분의 추출 효율 분석방법
