A main shaft(3) having a tool(2) is rotated when a user powers on the tool with locking the graphite work piece to the bed. At the same time, the cooling device near the main shaft is driven to inject cooling water toward the work piece through the plural nozzles. The user processes the work piece with moving the bed up and down or to left and right. Dust from the work piece is removed by the cooling water, dropped on the bed and collected to the paper filter system. The paper filter system separates graphite from the cooling water.
