Abstract

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a washing tool for discoloring clothes is provided to reduce an abrasion rate and to obtain the excellent discoloring effect by containing a polishing agent to a nonwoven fabric through phenol resin, sheeting, padding and cutting the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION: A polishing agent(2) such as emery is bonded to a nonwoven fabric(1) by phenol resin. Herein, the nonwoven fabric is obtained from common cross-lapped filament nylon yarn. Then, the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with polyurethane to form a sheet(3). The sheet is relatively soft and has low hardness. Plural sheets are piled on and compressed at a half rate. The compressed sheet(4) therefrom is cut in a cylindrical form to obtain a square pillar shaped or hexagonal pillar shaped washing tool. The discoloring efficiency is controlled depending on the shape. The sheet has a low abrasion rate and excellent discoloring effects. Therefore, the sheet does not cause water pollution due to the polishing material as well as forms a reasonable price.
