PURPOSE: An integrated prepaid card system and a method thereof are provided to freely use a prepaid card regardless of a mobile communication service provider by providing the integrated prepaid card. CONSTITUTION: An integrated prepaid card service provider receives PIN(Personal Identification Number)s by money kinds of each mobile communication service provider, stores the PINs by money kinds in a data base system(62), generates a PIN of an integrated prepaid card(90) for issuing the integrated prepaid card. An integrated prepaid card user connects to a system through a PSTN(40), a mobile communication network, and an Internet network and inputs the PIN of the integrated prepaid card and a mobile telephone number. An automatic response system(61) confirms whether the input PIN is correct by searching the data base(62). A control part(60) searches the PIN of the mobile communication service provider equal to the money kind of the integrated prepaid card(90), and transmits the searched PIN and the mobile telephone number to a server(50) of the affected mobile communication provider for registration.
